We were pleasantly surprised when we realized that they were in our price range. They responded to our inquiries and questions immediately, and gratefully provided a sample of one of our songs. The quality was excellent compared to a sample we obtained from another lab. We especially noticed that the sound of the percussion really improved with the mastering of our album. The finished project sounded louder and clearer while maintaining the integrity of the songs. The entire process was completed professionally and without error in a short period of time. We are delighted that we were able to have our release mastered by the same engineer that mastered some of our favorite artists. It was also extremely affordable considering the harddrive needed to be replaced. I was unable to get Sony to help with the issue but I'm glad because I'll be going here with any issues I may have in the future.
