The next day came for the call and......crickets. No one called us. After about 15 min, I sent an email explaining that no one has called us. Still no call. We waited for an hour (because we really wanted to consult with them). Since then, I have sent four additional emails with ZERO response. They were highly recommended but are apparently too busy for or just don't want new clients.

I'd like to offer some fair background information on my review;…read more 1) This was my first time using a solicitor 2) I am relatively new to Ireland, and so the culture may be a little different than Australia 3) Other solicitors may very well be on par with this company 4) There were major delays from the other solicitor involved (so maybe it is 'all' solicitors?) My expectations were far, far from being met. I imagined a solicitor as organised, portraying an aura of professionalism. Instead, walking in to the office, I was astounded to see personal files and folders on display across the desk. Personal information (names, addresses) in plain site. Communication; when you are told you will be called/emailed, and then receive no word for days, is plain aggravating. To be fair - this has happened a lot to us in Ireland. Deeds being incorrect (I think this happened twice), and having to resign. Having to question the solicitor repeatedly to ensure all documents were signed before going to work abroad, instead of the solicitor pro-actively asking for them. To put it simply, I will not be going back.
