I engaged COCC to provide legal services on a my recent mortgage switch - they were initially recommended by my mortgage broker, and they provided an extremely competitive quote. The switch turned out to be relatively complex because of a delay with the property registration/title deeds. I found COCC to be excellent - they responded promptly and patiently to my queries (of which there were many) and were clear and courteous at all times. There was some urgency with the closing documentation because of the upcoming interest rate changes, and the team went over and above to get the paperwork through in time to meet the deadline. I went to these very rude staff and every time you ring he is never there and i was awarded 7000 euros by tesco and he was given his costs seperately by tescos and he took nearly 600 euros extra from my money even though he got his costs which is not his money i asked for it back and he refused. please avoid these people. read more
