We chose our day and time and scheduled the call (for the following day 5/7 @10am). They confirmed the call date and time and sent us emails reminding us of the call. The next day came for the call and......crickets. No one called us. After about 15 min, I sent an email explaining that no one has called us. Still no call. We waited for an hour (because we really wanted to consult with them). Since then, I have sent four additional emails with ZERO response. They were highly recommended but are apparently too busy for or just don't want new clients.
