I contacted Luxury Car Audio on Yelp for a quote to install AppleCar play on my 2013 Porsche. They…read moreresponded right away, asked some questions to provide me an accurate estimate, and answered all my concerns. They then set me an appointment with expert Konstantin. He came to my home and completed the install in surprising time for the agreed price. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their vehicle with Apple or Android CarPlay. Thanks again!

Approximately one year ago I had LCA do an installation on my 2020 Lotus Evora. Konstantin assured…read moreme they were expert at exotic car installation so I scheduled them to do the install at my home. The quality, for the most part, of the components (new speakers, subwoofer, amplifier, etc) they used were great. The problem was the installer (not Konstantin) who really had no idea what he was doing. He had to come three times to try and correct his substandard mistakes which, ultimately, did not provide me with the set-up I wanted. First of all I wanted to be able to plug in an MP3 player that didn't have Bluetooth and that never happened. Secondly I wanted to be able to use Bluetooth for another MP3 player. Apparently he was unaware that my Alpine stereo already came with Bluetooth so he installed an additional Bluetooth. He did attempt to install a wired adapter for the non-Bluetooth MP3 player but in doing so he eliminated my ability to use the speaker for phone calls so that was a no go. Do you think he'd remove the wiring after learning it wasn't an appropriate patch? No, he left it there and detached it from the pre-amp. And the preamp was a discontinued 6 channel that as it turned out was entirely unnecessary. I learned all this because my system started clipping at normal volumes out of the blue. I took my car over to a local audio company thinking that maybe it was a loose wire (actually finding out one of the wires to the passenger side speaker had come loose) only to discover the extent of the screwed up installation. They showed me that under the carpet of the trunk a whole mess of unattached wiring had been left as garbage when the original installer discovered his efforts weren't working. That's when I learned of a multitude of screw-ups by this guy: 1. As I mentioned the preamp (about $150.00) wasn't necessary 2. He didn't bother to either insulate or use enough screws to secure the subwoofer 3. The subwoofer was wired as if it was a regular speaker so it wasn't performing the function it was meant for 4. He could have easily, if he knew what he was doing, tapped into the Alpine stereo to add wiring so I could use my non-Bluetooth MP3 player After spending $3,000 with LCA I am PISSED OFF that they did such a substandard job that ended costing me an additional $680 ($180 for troubleshooting and $500 to correct the mistakes) to fix their fuck-ups. Insulation was installed behind the subwoofer and secured appropriately. The preamp was removed and I threw it away since it was a discontinued product. New wiring was installed from the amplifier to the speakers. A wire harness was installed with a jack from the stereo so I could use my Bluetooth MP3 player. The redundant Bluetooth unit was removed, etc. All I can say is don't trust this company with your audio needs because they have no idea what they are doing!

I had "new" speakers installed at Nagi's on Palmdale Blvd and the screwed up royally (see my review for them). Besides the referral, I knew this experience would be better. I explained my needs and what was wrong with my sound system, and without charge, they inspected my vehicle and pointed out all the flaws from my previous installation. Poor wiring, faulty connections, and door/window damage caused by Nagi's. Not only was the customer service great, the attention to detail was second to none. One of the installers brought me a cold drink as I waited for inspection on a 100° humid day. I was given a ride home until the services were completed. Updates through text and phone calls helped eliminate the worry. Ortega's under promised and over delivered. My car audio quality is perfect. I strongly recommend you give them your service or at the very least, check them out first. Integrity is hard to find in any business but I promise you, Ortega's has it. Definitely earned a return customer.

Yesterday, while driving on the freeway, a vehicle in front of me ran over a piece of tire debris that flew back and hit my bumper. After this experience, I highly recommend Evolution Motorsports for high-quality PPF and professional installation. Alonzo was also great about keeping me updated and sending pictures throughout the process. The tint looks great as well. Unfortunately, right after the camera installation, my car started making a noise it had never made before, coming from the same area where the installation took place. Alonzo believes it may be the brake booster. I can't say for sure the installation caused it, but the timing is concerning. I want to believe that if something was accidentally disturbed during the installation, it was simply an accident. I also noticed that after the ceramic tint was installed, my radio reception became very static, which was never an issue before. I'm disappointed with the issues that started afterward
