Every single person working is kind and thoughtful and really goes out of their way to help. The delivery was incredible too, the movers even stopped to chat with my friend's grandma! My wife has been talking about wanting a makeover for her bathroom (technically it's ours, but let's get real!) I thought I would stop in and see what they might have. Turns out this place designs kitchens and baths and actually had a few rooms set up to help those who need to see real spaces to get a feel for them. Although I think our bath is limited without major construction challenges, I will keep this place in mind since it is licensed and insured and the displays looked appealing. But what really occupied my time here was checking out their extensive supply of Big Green Eggs. Seriously, where I live, it takes less time to get to Ellettsville than it does to get to Sullivan's Hardware on the northeast side (and less traffic too!) One of the two owners of the business came out to greet me when I entered and we started chatting about these state of the art grilling stations. My friend swears by his egg, so I decided to check out what makes them different. Turns out the owner I dealt with has been competitively grilling for a long time and I was impressed that he took time to answer many questions, steer me towards some You Tube videos for ideas, and even mentioned Sullivan's annual cooking competition as a place to buy lightly used equipment at a nice savings to get started. He was SO Helpful! Although I didn't buy one on my visit, I would have no qualms about returning here when I decide to pull the trigger on a purchase. (These aren't cheap grills since they are molded ceramic containers and can weigh hundreds of pounds.) From the business's website and Facebook page, they do encourage making an appointment if you wish to talk design for your kitchen and/or bath makeover. The motor to the leg power lift broke Jan of this year 2025 and after multiple calls, emails, trips to the store my chair has still not been fixed 6 months later. Stahls blames CCS and CCS will not extend the warranty for the 6 months I've been dealing with a broken $2500 $400 warrantied chair. We aren't in a pandemic and really feel Stahl should be putting the pressure on the warranty company that I paid Stahl the purchase price. My last LaZBoy and no more Stahl. I try to support local businesses but I'm done with them.

Could not call to check progress on any Monday because the only soul who knew anything about it did not work on Monday. Called multiple times and told would be contacted within 15 minutes or so. Never received a call. The next to the last time called they asked. "Do we have your vacuum?" Really?? Finally, called and employee stated he though shipment with part "just" arrived and would call back in 15 mins. After 3 hours called again and employee then stated part came in but the box was crushed. Called another vacuum repair and could get part in a week. Also, part in stock on manufacture web site. Had enough, went a picked up vacuum without repair.

I read the other review on here and was a little hesitant going to Klaiber's. I had a very old…read moresewing machine with a broken foot pedal and needed a replacement, and the only compatible pedal I found online cost $90 (!). I called Klaiber's and was told they had used pedals, so I could bring mine in to look for a match. I brought the pedal to them, and they checked around the back for several minutes with no luck. The woman working indicated the owner had many more machines at home and could check for a match there. I left the pedal, and they called a couple of days later saying they weren't able to find anything. However, the owner was able to rig up the original cable to a new pedal. Again fretting because of the other review, I thought this was going to cost me an arm and a leg. Instead, he charged the price of the pedal and nothing for labor, coming in at ~$25 to get my old machine back up and running. On top of that, I asked about a specific part (a hemming foot) for my machine. They have plenty of new ones in stock, but my old machine unfortunately has a different kind of mount not compatible with new parts. The owner must have spent 10 minutes digging around their stock of old/used parts in the back trying to find something for me. He came up empty-handed, but his effort for an obvious long shot (and one that wouldn't have paid very much even if it had worked out) speaks to good customer service. I'm sorry to hear the other reviewer ended up dissatisfied. Based on my own experience, I'll be back to Klaiber's in the future.

He takes the time out to listen and fix the problems. He has repaired and restored several vacuum cleaners over the years for me at very affordable prices. I am sad to say that he will be closing his business but happy that he will continue working in the same capacity.

Actual keys for the door to room so they are way behind times, room looked nothing like pics I saw online...I assure you if they took pics of my dark and dingy room with a crappy little tv screwed to the wall they never would book a room. It just reeks of old mustiness and while on subject of the tv, you best bring a book or tablet cause the crappy reception to the room from some terrible cable connection will drive you mad. The temp to the room was modulated by a switch that states (hot / cold) written in marker on a plate...but doesn't matter cause both do the same thing.....nothing! The actual thermostat is from the 60's...doesn't do a damn thing either. Pillows were made of granite...couldn't even bend them..never had a worse pillow ever... Also seasons staff, don't have a vending machine with perishables in them if it doesn't have refrigeration! Nothing like a liquid kit jar bar..yum! All this for the God awful price of $138 a night!!! Go anywhere else...sleep in a dumpster If you must..
