Firstly - Tamara is amazing! She worked with me from the original inspection, to meeting with the insurance adjuster to monitoring the work and inspecting the final job. Her communication was thorough and timely and really helped with the process since we were out of town for some weeks between the storm and start of the replacement. The crew replaced my roof on the hottest day of the year (I felt so sorry for those guys) and did a great job, including a really thorough clean up afterward. The insurance check came through quickly and I was able to pay them today. They did the inspection for free and never asked for any upfront funds throughout the process. Having some slight (and very old) experience with roofing, it was a well done and timely job from start to finish, despite Mother Nature's best efforts to slow it down with torrential rains for the last week! Again, you can't go wrong with this company, and you will not find a better advocate than Tamara!

Hi guys completely desecrated 100% of my gutters, made a botch job of an attempt on the flashing and snaked the screws up and down the ridge cap, as if they didn't even lay out their line. Among other atrocities, as shown in the photos, they proceeded to bend the ridge caps with their harness ropes and try to mold them back into place. The work crew left their disgusting lunch including cans of anchovies and Burger King wrappers and trash all over my yard every day that they were here , used foul language and were generally just rude and gross. They once dropped something from the roof and I heard a "look out below" to which I found a huge dent in my very expensive trex decking. This company is run by a bunch of inconsiderate, excuse making, lacking, untrustworthy jerks. Please do better for your community, Art!! Art met with me and promised to be there during the "repairs", to which he did not even show up one day. He also promised to make things right until I was happy, to which I repeatedly thanked him for and he decided he wasn't even going to do that and just left the job undone.
