He doesn't pay attention, he's always on his phone or helping another fighter while one kid is getting ripped to shreds by someone 60 pounds heavier that him and a half foot taller. He also cursed at my son for asking for help with his headgear. He doesn't help you with advice unless he considers you developed (or if you pay for one on one coaching), and if he doesn't, he ignores you or chastises you when you ask for help. Coach David and Coach Sula are great, I loved their classes, but unfortunately, it doesn't even bump up the rating to two stars. That coach should not be allowed in a gym.

In my very first class I was instructed on proper punching techniques as well as kicking form. You also get to borrow a heart rate monitor so you can see how hard you're working. After taking multiple classes I've been fortunate enough to experience classes led by Sydni, Gerald and Izzy. Every class has been a different workout and all have been challenging. I've enjoyed the classes so much that I've become a member. They're also going to start offering self defense classes on Friday evenings as part of your membership which is pretty cool. They also have classes for the kids too! Overall, kickhouse is a great place to kick your workout regime into high gear with great instructors.
