Given a 90 min eta on a very simple key not turning in ignition problem. Ended up waiting 3 hours. When I called and in a very friendly way after 2 hours (I work in customer service, I get that it's not the person I'm talking to's fault), they offered no explanation or apology, just another 30 min eta (clearly I'd been forgotten about). I gave a very detailed explanation on the first call, and asked if they could handle that kind of issue. They said yes. 3 hours later, after just TWO texts repeating the problem, I was told their guy couldn't service it. They completely wasted my time and left me having to go right back into another place's cue. I also, again friendly like, asked if there was anyone they recommended. Finally, they said they're going to call me tomorrow but never heard from them ever since.... Last but not least. When a complication arose installing our new deadbolt's strike plate (a complication that was not at all his fault, but rather something that had been a problem with our previous deadbolt), and it became clear that he couldn't stay past the extra hour or so that he first put in because he needed to see to other customers, he promised me that he would come back the next morning (his day off) with the purpose-made tool he had that would make short work of the task. When he looked at my locks he recommended changing them rather than rekeying. It was more expensive but not a lot more than his original quote plus he could guarantee the work for 5 years. The day he came his partner was sick so he was late arriving but let me know by phone and he had to handle a lot of phone calls while he was here so I'm only giving him 4 stars.
