It was an emergency. I looked in the mirror and saw a witch, who as it turns out, I know. I was willing to see anyone who would take me, and I was surprised to find a great stylist there names Joel. Thank you, and I feel so much better. read more

UPDATE: Very disappointed with the owner/manager Sara. I went in so she could "inspect" my hair. When I arrived she informed me the hairdresser was upset that I wasn't happy. The hairdresser told Sara that I had breakage and damage from my previous salon and she did not cut under my top layer. This is not true, she did cut my hair and cut it unevenly underneath. Everyone can have a bad day - unfortunately, my biggest concern with the salon was never addressed. 5 hours in the chair for what has taken me only 2 - 2 1/2 hours my adult life with highlights and charged me $260. I will post pictures since I've basically been called a liar - shame on you Sara. I definitely will not be back! I have been searching for my forever hair salon after the Omni closed their hair services due to the pandemic. I first tried a haircut with Master Image. Loved the cut. Lisa did a great job. Unfortunately, she is relocating. She referred me to the sweetest hairdresser. Sadly, the experience was not a good one. I arrived at 10:02 and left at 2:57!!!!!! Yep, that's five hours and my "color package" was $270 PLUS tip. Ok, my fault for not discussing price and services. I wanted highlights and a cut. Evidently, I received a package with full head highlights. Yes, that's what every hairdresser I have ever gone to has done. I have some followup to do and she has offered to "fix" the issues. I also noticed when I got home my undercut is uneven. I'll reach out to see if this can be fixed without chipping my hair off. Exorbitant fees, long visit, unhappy with my hair read more

Salon was very clean and had covid precautions in place. Joel did a great job with my cut and highlights. I definitely recommend this salon and will use them again! read more

I made an appointment on a Saturday night for Sunday and there was no wait. They took my temp, had only one other customer in the shop and she was ver six feet away. I felt very safe. My haircut was one of the best ever, it was exactly how I wanted it cut which never seems to work out for me. I will be back for another cut when it needs a trim. Thanks for a great experience in a new salon, in a new town in a new state in the middle of a pandemic. read more

My wife found this salon on Yelp. I hate getting my haircut and don't go very often because of it. I asked her for her help with finding a new place. Master Image is great! It's very hidden in its location. If you didn't know it was there, you probably would never notice it. I know I didn't. My appointment was with Jael. She was great! She took her time and really looked at the pictures we brought to show her. My wife now wants to see her the next time she gets her haircut because she was so impressed. Their prices are on par with other salons nearby. Their interior feels very spa like and not your usual hairdresser/quick cuts. I'll be going back again to see Jael! read more

Being new to the area, I needed to find a hair salon. After a botched haircut at a different salon, Master Image fit me in on the same day with Zuki. She did a great job! I would highly recommend both Master Image and Zuki! read more

I came here today and Jose transformed my hair. He listened to what I wanted, heard out any concerns I had and talked me through what he was going to do. I had a full highlight and cut down. The salon was clean and following every protocol to ensure their customers' and staff's safety. read more

For my first time here, I was very happy with the quality of service and the cleanliness of the salon. I made an appointment for a consultation with Mel Santiago who was very professional. I told her what I wanted she guided me on how to achieve the look I wanted without any added pressure. I was relaxed in the environment, had hot coffee, and everyone was very polite. Would recommend to anyone new to the area or just in need of a good salon. read more

I came in as a walk-in. The place is beautifully decorated and inviting, Amanda( receptionist) was sweet and offered me a perfectly made cup of coffee, Mel knew exactly what cut I wanted even when I had a hard time explaining it lol. I needed a new place to come to since i recently moved to the area from Miami and desperately needed to de-Mom-ify with a fresh haircut. even added some flecks of hot pink for the heck of it! I will definitely be coming back for my trim and try out more of the services available. read more

Wonderful! It was my first time visiting the salon. Kaitlyn did an absolutely amazing job on my hair. I am thrilled and I am very picky! Beautiful color, fab cut and blowout. I have a lot of hair and most stylists struggle a bit but Kaitlyn is a total pro and knows her stuff!! And on top of all that, she is a super lovely person. I will definitely be back. read more

I recommend this salon. I had a bad experience at another hair salon, i went for specific color and ended with multicolor hair from copper, green, blonde from the bleach, gray and violet. I wanted gray hair. Next day I visit Master image to see if they can save my hair, I never felt so insecure. Jose Santiago took a look and with not knowing if he can told me to come in 3 days later, he told me what to do in the next 3 days to treat my hair. On Wednesday he worked for 6 hours. I could have cried when I seen my hair, he saved it, took off all them color and made it the gray I wanted. I will recommend them always and I will continue seeing them for my hair. Super happy read more

Had a great experience at this salon. Very nice atmosphere. Jose was so was awesome. He was so nice, great to talk to and he did an amazing job on my hair. Yesterday was my first time coming to this salon. I recently got a new job where i need to look professional. My hair before coming in was very damaged frizzy brown/blonde. I wanted to go back to my natural black hair and go short to get rid of the damage...Jael was my stylist, she was wonderful. Listened to what I wanted and I showed her a picture as well. My hair feels so much healthier and a weight literally lifted off my shoulders lol...the only "problem" is it's a little shorter in the front than I wanted (should be more angled and longer in the front and be longer than my chin) and my front bangs were still a tiny bit off on one side...but hair grows so I'm fine with the length and I just snipped the tiny bit that was uneven on my bangs... Jut a tip to new clients, you have to turn into a lot to find the salon. You can't see from the main road the salon sign. Took me a minute to figure that out after driving around the street lol. read more

This full service salon is truly a hidden treasure in Champions Gate. I've lived here for 9 months and had no clue I was driving by it every night on my way home. I popped in without an appointment to see if I could get a blow out. The young lady at the desk is so friendly it is almost unbelievable, but as she showed me around the shop I realized she loves the store and is proud to work there; a rarity. She gave me a tour of the entire place and it's amazing. The kids section is adorable. The nail area is secluded, which is clutch. Her name is Jessica; let her give you the tour-trust me. The young lady who did my hair, Wanda, did an amazing job. My hair is exactly as I wanted and I couldn't be happier. The price was the same as I've paid in the past in my home town, so they're in touch with pricing. I fully intend on coming back to this salon to try all their services. read more

I made an appointment for a beard trim and haircut and decided that I was finally going to treat myself to a real salon instead of a Great Clips and I was so disappointed that my worst fear came to fruition. My stylist had a client come in about 5 mins into my appointment and the stylist made a comment about hurrying up and finishing so he could attend to his regular client. I told him I was uncomfortable with his hastiness and repeated that my appointment was for a beard and haircut and the stylist claimed he did not know about the beard. I will never go back and feel like the $50 haircut was not at all better then my $15 Great Clips. Don't be fooled this salon sucks read more

I love Master Image Salon and my stylist Emma- It is a beautiful salon with excellent services. My hair is very very thick- and she has ALWAYS given me great haircuts. I recommend MASTER IMAGE to anyone who wants an excellent cut and wonderful customer service. It is truly a great salon with talented artists working for them! read more

I absolutely love Master Image Salon. Joel is my hair stylist here and he does a fantastic job. I've only been to see him twice to have highlights and a trim done but he fit me in for an appointment right away and he remembered exactly how I liked my hair without me even needing to remind him on my second visit (this is super important to me personally)... Obviously he did a fabulous job here as well. As I believe another reviewer already mentioned, they even offer alcoholic refreshments here... which is really going above and beyond for this type of establishment when you consider the cost and time that it takes to obtain a license for this (last I checked at least). Additionally, their prices are totally reasonable here when you factor in the quality of service that you receive, the types of services that they offer, and their location. I definitely recommend this hair salon to all of my fellow Yelpers. read more

My first time at Master Image Salon and Jose was excellent!! Color and cut fabulous! Definitely returning.

Master Imagine lives up to its name and then some! Fabulous customer Service and friendly faces all over- and highly competent Hair Specialists! I went there for the first (and definitely NOT the last)! Tasia worked miracles in my hair- not a small task- gave me the style and cut I had envisioned- all while keeping me informed of each step and what she was doing next! Loved that touch. I did have another appointment to make- but rest assured this Salon is FULL service and expanding! Cannot wait to return and spend much more time taking advantage of it all! Thank You! I had brown box dye on my blonde hair and I was wanting to go back to my dirty color blonde but keep my roots dark to make it look more natural. Jose did a great job, it took some time but he kept my roots darker and lighted the rest of my hair exactly how I asked, he matched my reference photo almost exactly and did a good job at framing my face how I asked. I haven't been happy with a haircut since I moved from the Chicago area about a year ago, but the cut Joel gave me definitely turned things around! I'm a fairly quiet, introverted person so I very much appreciated that he wasn't one of those stylists who pushed me to spill my life story and then some (though I imagine that's not the type of stylist for everyone, it is for me). Though I wish there had been a bit of a consultation prior to him cutting my hair (I typically air dry my hair during the work week, don't use product, and rarely if ever blow dry, which I think is very important for a stylist to know), I was so happy with my cut that I'm more than willing to let it slide. I'll definitely be returning for my next cut! read more

I happened upon this salon when my mom was in town and wanted to get a hair cut. I then decided why not right? When we walked in we were greeted by the two most friendly people ever and they were helpful. I had Jose and my mom had Joel. We discussed what we wanted and throughout the whole experience it was nothing but pleasant and relaxing. My mom also fell asleep in the chair ! Both stylists were so talented and friendly. We both have never had our hair but by men stylists but I wasn't disappointed and neither was my mom . I plan on coming back for every hair cut! Thank you Jose and Joel for a positive and welcoming experience we look forward to seeing you again ! read more

My mom went to this salon for quite a while and tried to get a perm. Her perm would only last a day or two. They said it was probably because of the medicine she was taking. She took aspirins for headaches. She spent hundreds of dollars with no luck. The staff was nice, but maybe needs training. We moved and she went to another salon and got a perm that was fine. Master image salon was putting too much hair on the rollers when they did the perm so it did not stay. Glad we found a salon that can do a perm. read more

There is no way this salon shouldn't be packed all the time! The salon itself is gorgeous, clean and comfortable, but not pretentious. Every person in it is friendly and personable. The stylists are all extremely talented and truly listen to what you want done especially when making a major change to hairstyle. The services offered are varied and all that you could want, including many types of massages, nails, facials, and of course hair. And the prices are reasonable. My stylist is Tasia, but I watched most of the other stylists cut/color hair and they are all talented. And....the salon has a liquor license! This is something I've never seen. What a fun pampering afternoon I could have here; I'll ask for this for a birthday present. The only remotely possible reason that I can see why it isn't crowded all the time is that it is a little hard to locate. But I just asked for directions when making my appointment and the receptionist gave me excellent instructions and said to just call if I had difficulty, which I did not. Don't miss out on your opportunity to take advantage of this place. read more
