Josh came by and gave us a competitive quote for the flooring, taking time to answer any questions. We had other quotes, some cheaper, but none of them matched the customer service of Cleveland Carpets. We waited 8 weeks for the install because we wanted to have Jim do ours floors, and he was booked out. We used Jim before to install floors upstairs, so we knew his work was top notch. Jim is a one man crew, who moved every piece of furniture himself, and put everything back in the exact same place. A few weeks later we had a door installed downstairs, and the contractor had to take up some of the carpet, which left a puffy area by the newly installed door. We called Cleveland, and Josh sent out a tech to reinstalled that area correctly. We asked how much and they said it's no charge. Who does that nowadays. If you need flooring done and want it done perfectly, call this company, you won't be disappointed. Thanks to Cleveland Carpets and their entire staff.

Victor exudes excellent customer service which is important especially when working with a contractor for a long period of time. He communicates well and will let you know if there is a material delay or anything else that can happen when performing home improvement projects. He's honest and there are no hidden costs. He replaced my picture window which had a leak but once he Victorized it I never had any problems no matter how hard it rains. He also repaired and replaced window screens and blinds. I have already referred them to other people. I highly recommend them.

Please get an estimate in writing if you hire Victor from New Concepts Construction. I made a very…read moreexpensive mistake hiring Victor, the owner of the company. He verbally quoted me $1,500 for an IKEA laminate counter kitchen installation. The cost of the IKEA laminate counter (3 pieces) was only $300. I felt the $1,500 was a bit high but I was having trouble finding someone to install laminate and Victor seemed knowledgeable regarding my project. The project should have taken a day, but Victor was extremely slow. He also let me know he now charges hourly. After day one, he was still setting up his equipment and adjusting my an ikea kitchen drawers which he claimed were off. Not much more done on day 2, day 3, finally started cutting counter tops. I asked him repeatedly where were were on price which he said he would let me know but did not. The evening before he did the actual install on my counter he sent me a text stating he was at $4,500. I was could not even believe this. I did not respond until the next day when he arrived. I had a conversation with him regarding the price he was now charging, he said he had to adjust some cabinets, I did not even pay that much to have my whole IKEA kitchen installed! I knew he was going to leave me is a mess, no counter, sink, etc. I told him to finish and when he was done, I tried to talk with him again about the original $1,500 estimate to now $4,500. He got very heated, so I gave him a check for the full amount which I so regret now but I was uncomfortable with his reaction and wanted him to leave my home. Please beware and don't make the same mistakes I did by hiring Victor who took total advantage of me and he knows it.

Perfection Floor Care Share your review in TWO easy steps!…read moreStep 1: Copy Review Text My dad is extremely sick with a bacterial infection and is being released from the hospital today. Because his bacterial infection it's so severe his discharge instructions stress the importance of him being in a clean and bacteria-free environment. I called Norman from Perfection Floor Care and stressed the urgency of my Dad's health situation. Norman came that same day and did an absolutely amazing job at cleaning my dad's carpet and removing the pet stains. The carpet looks wonderful and it smells wonderful. Norman had a wonderful personality he was helpful and very patient and explaining his process. Soon after Norman arrived I had to leave my home to go pick up my dad from the hospital. As I pulled into the driveway to bring my dad home from the hospital Norman actually stopped cleaning the carpet and helped us get my dad into the house and settled because my dad was so weak. This actually shows a man with an amazing heart and characteristics of humanity that we all need to show each other and these times of social distancing and covid-19. I would absolutely recommend Norman and Perrfection Floor Care over and over again. I will tell everyone I know about Perfectioni Floor Care and certainly choose him for all of our carpet care needs and the future. You don't meet many people like Norman in today's society, but what an amazing world it would be if we all strive to to perform random acts of kindness that seemed to come so natural to Norman. -- Dana R Step 2: Click a review site below, and PASTE your review into their review form

Found a sample I loved. It was branded Xulon Flooring - Maribor. Never heard of them so I did extensive research to determine where product was manufactured. Told by competitor that Xulon does not actually manufacture floors, it is made elsewhere and rebranded by Expressive and their sister store Woodwudy in Fayetteville. When we obtained the floors, confirmed it was actually made by HomeLife Flooring in Adairsville GA, so that made me feel good. Love that we are supporting GA businesses. I understand that this may be a standard business practice, and not necessarily devious, I felt like they were evasive with information and provided some misleading information when I directly asked. I am a little skeptical, and was nervous about using them based on the Yelp/Google reviews, however I loved the product so I decided to take a leap of faith. Was told it would take a full week for installation, and would require rental of expensive machinery to remove tile. In reality, crew consisted of 3 men. No expensive machines. They were awesome. Took 2 full days to remove tile, build up subfloor, lay LVP and trim. Just over 800 square feet. Overall, pleased with the end result. Would have preferred more transparency in information from salespeople. Price was competitive, end product is beautiful, started when promised, completed 3 days earlier than promised.
