I couldn't be more pleased with the work done at my house by Concrete Chiropractor! Kris Winters,…read morethe owner, is very responsive and quickly answered my phone call and emails. He is extremely knowledgeable and offered me so much valuable advice about the damp basement issue at my house. His pricing is very fair and reasonable. Matt, the master craftsman who actually did the work at my house, was amazing! He went above and beyond my expectations. The job is absolutely perfect. If I could rate this fabulous company 10 stars out of 5, I would. I highly recommend Concrete Chiropractor! (¯`'*.¸(¯`'*.¸(¯`'*.¸F A N T A S T I C¸.*'´¯)¸.*'´¯)¸.*'´¯)

Our driveway was 6 inches lower than our garage and the walkway wasn't lined up to the driveway or patio. After a few outrageously expensive estimates from several companies and a few aggressive sales pitches I came across Concrete Chiropractor. The estimation process was simple as they asked me to take pictures and included a guide on how to do it. They followed up with a phone call and explained the process to me. They then sent me a DocuSign document (contract) and told me they would be in touch to schedule in a few weeks. When the crew showed up they again explained the process and in just a few hours everything was fixed perfectly and the price was fair. In fact they don't haggle or play games just give a fair price for the work.

Wow, these guys are true professionals. We recently purchased an old home that passed inspection…read more We had Ben Grano come in based on a referral from a friend for an estimate on concrete work. He immediately noted issues in the basement that the previous owner covered up with lots of Drylock paint that were not caught by the home inspector. He recommended replacing some columns under the main beam as well as adding in three pilaster columns to support the main beam and the walls after he noted cracking in the concrete blocks. We also decided to do a french drain at the same time. Ben gave us a written estimate that was incredibly detailed and easy to understand. On the first day of the job, Gene Grano arrived with the crew and emptied our basement before setting up, covering anything left there and laying down plywood in our driveway and on the grass. Once the crew started breaking the floor near the walls, they found that our home had no footing and the walls were built right on top of the dirt. The central columns were also laying on top of the floor with no footings. Ben and Gene explained everything to us and went over options. We were very upset about the situation but they reassured us and went over the game plan. The crew was awesome. They worked nonstop Monday through Saturday and were very polite and professional. The entire job was complete in just under three weeks and we are incredibly happy with the outcome and we know that the job was done right and our home will be safe and secure for years to come. Every part of the job was explained and shown to us. The crew did a great job cleaning up every day. We could not be more happy with Mario Grano And Sons LLC and are happy to refer them to anyone. We also look forward to having them back next year to redo our concrete patio.

His crew is very punctual, on time every morning, and clean the work area every evening to make it safe to walk on or across while the cement cures. We needed our whole front porch replaced due to it sinking and separating from the house. We had them install a nice size patio and sidewalk, pitched away from house, to keep the ground water away from foundation. While they were at it, we had them redirect our gutter downspouts directly to the street. Will be calling them back for a driveway update soon.

Avoid DBS!! I was…read moremistakenly thinking Dave is a honest and stand-up business man after meeting him first time. First meet went well. He patiently talked me through the works involved and gave us quotes(paver and asphalt options). After about 2 weeks, we decided to choose DBS and go with asphalt. I requested to meet and sign contract. Dave came and asked for $2000 or $3000 deposit. Initially he told us no payment until work is completed for asphalt(I have copy of text message). So, I told him I prefer to pay after the job is done. Then he started saying I offered to give him deposit when contract is signed. I NEVER told him that(why would I do that?!). But in the end he said that's fine and told us the job will not start at least for another 2 weeks. I'm okay with that and we both signed the contract. We patiently waited 2+ weeks and I tried reaching out to him to find out if job is scheduled via calls and text messages and he never responded. It's been more than a month now. We decided to pass DBS and find some other professional paving company(Hicks Paving) for the job. I'm glad that I did not give Dave/DBS the $2-3K deposit requested. However we lost one month naively waiting Dave/DBS. Honestly, I would be ok if he could at least show some professional courtesy by letting us know he couldn't take the job at this moment. But he chose to ignore. Are you comfortable giving business to owner like this? I am not.

Dave came highly recommended by a friend of mine so I contacted DBS back in May to get our driveway…read moreredone. Dave told us he was a little backed up and to give him about 2 weeks. Two weeks came and went so we contacted him again....same story again.....and again. We've finally moved on.

Absolutely horrible work!! These guy's are professional scammers and con-artists - I kid you not!!…read more They aren't even licensed in NJ and work under various company names which I am still tracking down. Do yourself a favor and don't get scammed like I did. I know I wasn't the first to fall for their con but, I do hope that I am the last. So although, I can not get any compensation from them I will continue to report them to every viable entity that I can think of to stop them. I hired them to remove a brick walkway, fix front steps, install 2 flagstone walkways and more. The owner and crew had no idea what they were doing. They did not install bricks but instead ripped out the brick walkway and improperly installed pavers. They did not grade anything, did not adhere to the standard substrate guidelines, failed to pitch the pavers correctly. The stairs were never completed properly and the other two walkways are not salvageable and have to be ripped out and completely redone. They damaged and removed (without my permission) the majority of shrubs in the front, side and back of my house, damaged all gutters and downspouts. I have a cedar wood house which they said they could power-wash and destroyed the wood on the majority of the house actually cutting into the wood leaving large holes, etc. I spent a fortune and learned a very difficult lesson in the process. I have had multiple licensed and highly recommended masons and contractor's come over to view the horror they left behind. The damage they caused is still being fixed. The masonry and concrete work has to be completely ripped out and replaced which is being started next week. By the time everything is done I will have spent close to $50,000.00 which I am sick about.
