I made arrangements with Angie to have my house cleaned today. I told her my house was 5 bedrooms 5 baths and it's a little over 3000 sq ft. I told her I wanted dishes washed floors moped, vacuumed etc. she said she had two people and they would clean as much as they could. She charged 70 a hour ... I was hesitant because most places charge a flat fee. Angie said they would arrive a little after 2p... They arrived at 2:45. She sent a woman and a man. The man was completely lazy I watched him sit on his phone for 30 min. After a hour I noticed nothing was completed and I called Angie because I only had a hour left. Basically after two hours they cleaned one bedroom and one bathroom, they washed dishes. Moped and vacuumed. Nothing else touched! I told Angie I was not happy and compared the companies and she said why don't you call them. I told her because they were booked! Her crew is lazy and they did a terrible job my shower is still dirty. She claimed there was build up... They are soooo Lazy and they had my post Removed I reposted!! We have been using this service for about 10 years now. Our home is being done on weekly basis. Great customer service, attention to detail. Angie is always available for any suggestions or changes. Friendly and courteous cleaning crew. They even do my sliding glass door each visit. I love coming to my clean home after being gone to work and driving 91 fwy. We have very busy family life I could not have my home maintained my self. Super greatful to this maid service. I feel like our home is special to them instead of just another "place to clean". I'm a very busy mom. Absolutely no time for house cleaning in my life! We use this cleaning company for the last 8 years. They come to my home once a week. Super professional, reliable and the price is right. We normally get the same two people unless someone is sick or vacation time. At that point Angie calls and informs us that she might be sending a different crew. Our home is around 3500 sq feet here in Corona area. They do bathrooms, dust all rooms, vacuum, mop all floors, etc etc. Your basic cleaning service. Anything extra would be refrigerator inside, oven inside, wipe all baseboards by hand, wipe all doors from top to bottom. I never have to worry about items not being done correctly. Whenever I need extra help I just call Angie and she arranges additional time for it. I also have a small office that they clean bi-weekly. I love Angie and her team. They show up to my house and never waste a minute of their time. They get right to heavy duty cleaning that I do not want to do. We have 3 children and 4 dogs, so our house is not in best shape. We use them on weekly basis. They have been doing our home for over 10 years now! I wouldn't have it any other way!
