Five Star Cycles - Best tire price in DFW!!!

THE best place to take your bike hands down! They got to my bike fast, they beat everyone's pricing…read morethat I had previously looked at, they also went step by step with me before they even touched my bike, telling me what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and what parts it would take with a itemized receipt showing me how much everything cost me and waiting for me to say approved for the work to begin! If you need a shop, call five star cycles and ask for ACE! He is the one who took care of me at every turn and kept me in the loop every step of the way, I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. Remember ask for ACE and he will get you taken care of!

ALL RIDERS PLEASE READ AND PASS THIS ALONG…read more I had this shop replace both the front and back tires and tubes on my HD 2024 Heritage Classic. The invoice states the tube was a Drag Speciality and I trusted it was. A few days later I was riding in Comanche County and the tube popped - the bike towed to a reputable shop in Stephenville (boneyard cycles) where the shop owner there discovered the tube was pinched and was NOT a Drag Speciality tube but more than likely an Amazon tube. I brought the tube to 5 Star where the owner Tony threw the tube back at me and said it wasn't his tube. I asked Manny his "service manger" if he backed up Tony and he stated "I wasn't back there when they replaced it". I asked to speak to the mechanic who changed it and was told he was on vacation. Tony refuses to back his parts and labor warranty DO NOT BRING YOU BIKE HERE

This may be the largest dealership I had ever in. There are two floors and the clothing and…read moreaccessories are in the second floor. The stairs are easy to walk up but there is also an elevator. I was looking for a few tee shirts for guys I used to work with back in El Paso. The gals in the clothing sales department were amazing - the shirts they have in stock right now rock! I also need help getting some riding gear for myself- I needed a lightweight jacket that had the protection in it in case I take a tumble- I came home with a great jacket! I can't wait to go back- there are tons of bikes parked outside!!!

Dear Leadership of Harley Davidson/Dallas Harley Davidson Garland Texas,…read more I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for your exceptional work and service on my 2024 Road Glide. Your professionalism and ability to resolve my issue with my bike has truly been impressive. Specifically the efforts of your technical team (Reggie and Michael) made a huge difference. The service provided was significant; my Bike had been in and out of the dealership and has had several issues. I called to report the matter and spoke with Reggie, who immediately had my Bike picked up from my home address and Michael contacted me and coordinated with me to pick-up my bike on that day very same day. These two men treated me and my family like their family; they picked up my bike and kept me in the loop the entire way. They were nothing but, true Professionals. This was my best experience with Harley Davidson ever! They should both be promoted, and placed in position of higher responsibility; this would help other HD Dealership to elevate their customer service ratings around the globe. Because they definitely know what to do to when it comes to helping and assisting their customer far beyond the normal process and this made me feel so grateful for what they did to get me back on the road. Please feel free to contact me if you need more details. Best regards, Eric Brown USArmy Retired, CW4 (915)850-3903 Eric.brown1906@gmail.com

This only applies to the service department. I called them on Thursday to see if the "first come…read morefirst served" deal was still on starting at 9am and a friendly female assured me that it was. I showed up at 8am with wifey's Buddy 125 with a flat for repair. Cameron came out and first asked me if I could pick it up Tuesday or Wednesday since they didn't have a tech to mount the new tire. I explained that I already called and she needed the bike that night for our monthly club ride. Cameron then explained he should have it done by 2pm and it would cost $95 (i supplied the new tire). 2 hours later Cameron called and said now the price would be $165 because they had to remove an exhaust part. I said yes because we needed the bike back for our planned ride. Mind you, Moxie Scooters in Grapevine said they could do the exact same job for $60 dollars but it was too far away to get the bike there on such short notice. I called later to speak with management and they agreed to honor the $95 price but no real plausible explanation for the sudden price increase. She said they had techs with circumstances that kept them away from work at times and I guess customers just have to bear with them. Anyway, when we picked up the bike Cameron said the work did not take as long as he thought so HE bumped the price back down to $95.... the whole thing sounded very shady. I bought BOTH our bikes there but just can't trust them anymore. Moxie Scooters in Grapvine has given us awesome service and that is where both our scooters will go from now on. The Saturday claim of "first come first served" is highly questionable... not the first time we had this sort of issue. After wanting to charge me almost 3 times what Moxie would charge me simply to mount a tire, no more. Can't take our bikes for maintenance to a place we simply don't trust. Respone to GM: 1. I doubt your tecs are almost 3 times better trained or have almost 3 times the expertise than John and his crew at Moxie based on Cameron's attempt to bilk me for $165 to mount a Buddy tire when Moxie qouted me $60 for the exact same job. 2. If you are going to promote "first come first served" on Saturday well you better have the tecs there that can do the work. Customers really don't care about the excuses just like you would not care if a vender or customer skipped payment and then just gave you excuses. Those whose bikes are their only form of transport may really be counting on that Saturday to get to work Monday morning. 3. Had it not been for your intervention I have zero doubt Cameron would have stuck my wife with a $165 bill for changing a tire.... we were stuck and at his mercy. 4. At our group ride two different newbies asked where we do service.....I completely filled them in. This debacle was a topic of discussion with a number of riders. Scooters are probably small potatoes for you guys but word does get around. It's nothing personal... you're sweet and all there are always nice. But we've spent thousands in your store on bikes and service.... you better take good care of those folks because when the leave they won't be back and they will relay their bad experiences to all who will listen.
