Do not buy form this company I have 3 ATV's from Massimo…read morethat I bought and one needed warranty work . Called in and Shay was helping me with the warranty claim . She approved it , I took it to a local shop that is in their network to repair Massimo's . They gave me a call and said they couldn't approve the claim from Massimo . I called Massimo and talked to Shay , after they found out how much the repair work was going to be she didn't approve it . That was mind blowing to hear that . She gave me a big run around after she had already approved it . What a shame of this company and Shay from not honoring the warranty work when I had just bought these ATV's . Cause of this I sold the Massimo ATV's and bought something else cause I do not want to support a company like this.

Ronnie- Amazing person. I could sit and talk to him for hours and enjoy every second of it. He was so nice and treated us so good. It was my first bike and he gave me alot of tips and encouragement and ideas that I can bring into my learning experience, he made me feel confident. Nestor- in finance another super cool guy and always smiling. He made the process smooth and quick when you have a great personality it makes the buying process so much better. All of these guys were the top of the line, I can see there like a big happy family in there and I love that. I love that I didn't feel taken advantage of just because one I'm a girl and two it was my first bike purchase. If I lived closer I would be begging them to let me join there team!!!

I purchased my bike from Texas Adventure Powersports in February 2026 and had a great experience…read morefrom beginning to end. I originally found them through Facebook when they were running a sale on their 2023 models, and the price was excellent. What stood out most, though, was the service. I spoke with several members of the sales team while I was researching and deciding what I wanted, and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I brought my mom with me on my first visit, and I especially appreciated how warmly and respectfully everyone treated her. The purchasing process was easy as well. I paid cash, so I needed a cashier's check rather than a personal check. I couldn't get one until the following morning, and they were patient and made the whole process simple when I returned. I've since gone back for a helmet, gloves, and other needs, and I've consistently had the same experience: helpful, informative people who make you feel welcome. From the price of the bike to the sales experience and the service since, I've been very happy with Texas Adventure Powersports. Definitely five stars.

We were directed to speak with Desi, one of the salesmen. I suppose now would be a good time to apologize to him for bothering him since it appears the act of selling anything or being helpful in any way shape or form is not something he wanted to do. We walked out.

See my profile picture? That's me. On my new scooter. Which I got from this place. Their tagline is…read more"ATV's/Dirt Bikes/Scooters & More." You wouldn't think that a grubby little shop surrounded by Korean knock-off stores would thrill me so much, but indeed, this place has provided me with an adorable affordable little scooter AND great service to boot. Keep in mind, they only sell Chinese scooter models with low power, but if that's what you're looking for (like me), then this is your place. I've been looking for a scooter for months. Motorcycles might be big in Texas, but scooters are harder to find. This little semi-ghetto shop on Harry Hines came to my rescue with an awesome price on a little Roketa scooter. I found them through craigslist, and you might want to ask them if you can get the craigslist special price, because it is indeed special. They don't have an extensive selection, but they have Roketa models that are 50cc and 150cc in multiple colors. The salesman was surprisingly friendly considering the surroundings, and after we made our purchase he sent us to their warehouse where we picked up our scooter from an equally jocular Indian salesman and his sidekick, who looked like he was a bouncer for the mafia. Seriously, you would never expect such good service in such a setting, but it was. Did I mention the price was amazing?

Without a doubt the worst company I have ever bought anything from in my entire life. It took them…read moreweeks to deliver the product and no one had any information, no tracking number, nothing, total stress. The key to an ATV was missing and weeks later I still haven't received it, even though they said they sent it. They didn't want to provide me with the FEIN Number so I could pay the Massachusetts taxes and register the ATV, it was just a lot of pressure. Chaotic customer service, no one knows absolutely anything and no one solves anything. I waited for the Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) for several weeks, even though they knew I needed it in order to finance the ATV I mentioned on the day of purchase, they sent it by plain mail, without a tracking number, it took weeks, a real catastrophe. If you have any sense and value serious advice, never, ever buy anything from this store, I sincerely hope I don't have any major problems, because they constantly change the information and procedures to charge more.
