My mouth was in excruciating pain for months after having the crown done, and took multiple visits of them adjusting it before I could eat without pain. That tooth still gives me trouble years later. Also, they are CONSTANTLY trying to sell you on all sorts of add-ons. Every visit, they would tell me there was something wrong with my teeth and that I needed to purchase this or that service or ortho or gismo (that inevitably wasn't covered by insurance) or else my teeth would be irreversibly ruined. After moving on to a different practice, other dentists have looked at my teeth and reassured my that things are fine and I don't need all the up-sells that the Turner folks were pushing every time I stepped in their office.

I felt nothing with the numbing shot, not even a pinch. There was some discomfort during the procedure which was caused by the prior dentist getting way too close to the nerve. He put a barrier between the nerve & the filling to try and help with sensitivity. I am giving it a few weeks to see if a root canal will be needed (again since the prior work had been done too close to the nerve). Regardless I am scheduling all future appointments here!! In the waiting room they have a little fridge stocked with all kinds of drinks, a kids room with a video game console and laptops for you to use. In the actual rooms they have leather massaging chairs and tvs that have a pretty decent selection of channels. I love their hygienist assistant, Joey, she's very friendly and funny. All the staff their are great though. Dr. Mulzer is really nice. They used to be very close to my house and even though now they're almost 30 minutes away, I think it's completely worth it.

I be damn if another one didnt fall out top front different tooth. The first time they suggesteddon eaat with your front teeth eat on the side. I called them they did nothing to pay. I kept telling them I was gonna get an attorney but I didnt. I wish I would've. I lost so much weight eating from the side of mouth. I made an appointment for a consultation and was able to be seen quickly, however that appointment had to be rescheduled and the delay for that appointment was quite lengthy. Once I arrived to the office I was not seen immediately. It didn't appear there was a dental emergency. just more appointments that there were hands in mouth. I finally was taken back to a well used exam room and subsequent trip to x-ray as I was a new patient. To this point, my review was a solid 3 stars at best. Then I finally met Dr. Elliott. I was very, very impressed with his interpretation of what I was going thru and we did have a few candid moments of proposed treatment which in all honesty I was expecting. Now I am on the wait list to get another appointment. Sigh, honestly, this is a first for me, being put on a wait list, so like in the airlines, if I don't get cleared for a seat, I'll have to go to "plan B".
