My experience with this facility is double edged. Ms Mary Burns simply rents space by contract with this facility. Seeking treatment after a slip and fall I began seeing Mary Burns, LMT, in the late summer of 2017, and the massages helped greatly, but her conduct of the business etc left much to be desired. On two occasions I showed up for booked appointments and she didn't, but she gave me a reduced fee to make up for it. At least 20% of my booked appointments were rescheduled or plain cancelled, citing once that she "had to help a friend move", another was her relative being in hospital (twice), another was spending a night in the ER with a bad back, etc. The final insult came when I purchased a reduced rate block of 5 massages saving 15% on each session. Mary is a very good massage therapist, and I put up with a lot of her shenanigans because of that, however, as of two months ago she abruptly left the Levittown Health Center. According to the Center she left with little notice, and no forwarding information. Naturally she had texted me a few days before her exit stating my appointment for that day was cancelled because her "air conditioner at home was leaking all over". She also texted that she'd refund the money for my unused appointment, however, she has repeatedly failed to reply to my texts, phone call, and email in the two month interim leaving me with the obvious impression she is untrustworthy in business as well as keeping appointments. She only got her LMT license (Lic# 030133) on 3/20/17. I included her license info as there is an LMT of same name practicing in NJ. Also, to be clear, she rented her space at the Health Center and they have no other connection with her. The Health Center staff have always been helpful and the facility is both clean and modern, ample parking makes for an easy visit. read more
