When I called him 4 weeks ago for an appointment he boldly stated, " the redemptions are too high". He refused to honor the business relationship signed up and agreed to honor with Spafinder. He made the scapegoat of his business decision and lack of integrity. I protested, he relented a bit and offered to call me (if he had a cancellation). I have not received a call in 4 weeks. Imagine the gall to offer me a cancellation only. Then never call! I then went to Spafinder to report the rogue provider. Here is their response, verbatim: "Subject: New Customer Service Inquiry from Customer Service Inquiries We have resolved your Case CS5084449. Please see the comments for your resolution. Resolution Notes: Hello Rick, Thank you for reaching out to Spafinder Support! First of all, we are sorry for any trouble this matter may have caused you and upon research for the spa in question, the spa is active with us, and we hope it has been only a misunderstanding with them, we have reach them to reinforce our gift card redemption process and also to share them our business contact number." I advised Spafinder there was no misunderstanding and a subsequent July 29th email to Tiglat after they supposedly resolved the "misunderstanding" went unanswered to date. By now I understood integrity and a sense of fairness was never forthcoming from Healing Ki massage. Here is the current situation and it is also verbatim from Spafinder: "Case Resolved Subject: New Customer Service Inquiry from Customer Service Inquiries We have resolved your Case CS5084449. Though I wasn't hurting anywhere in particular I felt much better afterward. This morning I contacted Eve because I needed help with an acute muscle knot in my back and she saw me late this afternoon. As before she gave me a total body massage but this time she really concentrated on my trouble spot. Besides using her hands Eve made excellent use of her elbows and through them was able to put her whole body weight into working on my knot. When she was done I was not pain-free but I was certainly much improved on on my way back to normal. I won't hesitate to return for another session soon if needed and plan on coming in for regular "tune-up" sessions. Eve has a large private studio near Coast Hwy 101. Her studio is adorned with unique works of art. The session is enhanced by the soothing sound of a fountain as well as music that's perfect for the setting. Both times I visited Eve we spent a long time talking before the the massage began, and the massage seemed to go on forever, so there's no sense of rushing whatsoever. Highly recommended!!!
