The massages given are of the highest quality, and attentive to individual needs. The masseurs are indeed trained professionals who know exactly what they're doing. The environment is a very restful, comfortable, aesthetically appealing environment and the reservation system is the best that we've ever encountered either here or in Atlanta or elsewhere in our travels. Reservations can be made and canceled online on a very easy to follow calendar. Furthermore, reminders are sent by text or email before the time of the massage. We have both used Lacey, and find her to be very personable and very comfortable to work with, not to mention that she is truly an expert masseur and one of the best that we've ever had the chance to work with.

I had an hour and a half session with Peggy last week due to neck and should pain from a long commute. My knee had begun to really bother me also. Her years of experience and expertise really made the session wonderful and very beneficial.

She was very pushy for the upgrade she continuously implied I needed then mentioned the35$ upgrade fee nonchalantly after she started. The massage was ok- painful at times. Instead of it being a nice relaxing therapeutic massage she talked the entire massage. I couldn't relax and honestly just wanted it to be over. She became uncomfortably personal and stopped massaging throughout her talking which shortened my overall time. I purchased 3 massages on Groupon. One thing I noted is 2 out of the 3 massages they barely applied lotion, not sure why. The owner is a mess and needs to work on boundaries, interpersonal skills, communication and taking hints. The prices are the highest, I've seem in Athens. On a positive note the place is clean and everyone else was friendly and the massage I received from TROY was excellent hence the three stars.. overall, I won't be returning.

I served in the 75th Ranger Regiment and US Army Special Forces for a long time and now my body is paying for it. Dr. Ashford in the 3rd pain management doctor I have seen in the last 4 years in this area. He has been the most attentive doctor I have ever seen in Georgia. He takes time to get to know you and applies all possible means to help alleviate your pain. It took me time to find a doctor that actually spent the time with me and solved my problems. I also have a genetic condition that causes my liver to reject a lot of medications, including a lot of pain medications. He has been able to get me on medications that have helped tremendously and has begun to give my life back to me. I highly recommend him and his staff. His practice it beginning to explode as many people have found this out as I have. At times there can be a wait but you have to remember the first time you saw him others may have had to wait a little longer also. He does this for everyone, so be patient as he will get to you as soon as he can. There are doctors around that got a license to practice pain management but are not anesthesiologist. If they were a good doctor to begin with they would not have the time or need to get into this field. They are out for the money only. Dr Ashford is an anesthesiologist and will not quit until he finds the best solution he can but you have to be honest about the meds or procedures if they work or not. That way he can and will continue to do his best to help you. With nearly 20 years of pain management care, the one thing I have found out is that you can't give up in trying to get yourself better. It take time and effort.

She was incredibly intuitive--she knew exactly where my tension was without me even saying a word. I've never had a massage therapist do that before, and it made such a difference. I stayed mindful of my breath the entire time and left feeling loose, light, and completely free of the tightness and achiness I came in with. Ellionah is knowledgeable, healing, and truly caring about her clients' experience. She made me feel seen, safe, and renewed. I can't recommend her highly enough--she's absolutely amazing!
