I have been using the wellness plan at Massage Space for about a year. I have found everyone to be super professional and helpful. I enjoy the massages and it's great that the LMT talks to you about what you need every time. You can add hot rocks or hot towels to your massage which is, ahhh, nice. I also appreciate the customer service because I procrastinate scheduling my monthly massage so getting a call to remind me is super helpful. Also, the appointment reminder emails are a great service. The facility is attractive, peaceful and super clean with calming music playing. All these features of Massage Space work together to create a wonderful experience for me. And, the price is really reasonable! Especially if you sign up for the wellness plan where it's auto-debited each month. Even if you skip you can use it later or get a gift certificate with a missed month. I have been going to Massage Space for over a year. I usually get a 1 hour massage with John. The shop has a nice atmosphere and the rooms are set up just right to make me relax and yet provide the therapist plenty of room to do their work. I have been to other shops were the atmosphere is not quite right. The owner is friendly, helpful, and runs his business well. I never have hassles with billing, tipping, scheduling, payments, or appointment reminders even when I mess up. I have a compressed disk in my neck which inflames the muscles in my back and neck on my left side. Because of this, I always get a deep tissue, therapeutic massage which will promote healing. John gets this right and has the experience and knowledge to provide relief. Not all therapists can or want to do this kind of massage because it is hard on their hands and body. My second visit to Massage Space and another great experience. Just had THE BEST facial of my life w/Mona. You HAVE to check this place out! My mom treated me to a 1-hr facial today and I am still basking in relaxation and my skin feels dewy and glows. It was the best experience. I felt like jello afterwards...and in a good way! The receptionist was very welcoming. They do recommend products afterwards but only those they used on you during the facial. They were not pushy about buying their products either. Great experience. I am enjoying using the Wellness Plan to use prepaids towards massages and facials. And by the way, they do all services for full 60 minutes instead of 50 min that I received in many other spas before. that extra 10 minutes is golden. read more

I would recommend taking massage from the Massage space in a heart bit. I have been using their service while pregnant and after. It is always welcoming, friendly and extremely professional environment. There is never been an issue to book the massage the same day or at the convenient time in my schedule. I love the massages and going to the Massage Space just adds up to not only a great physical feeling but an emotional too. They are truly helping out to heal the soul too. Awesome massage! Therapist worked with me to find out exactly what I wanted and didn't bruise me or just rub like many other therapists. My therapist took her time and even though it was only an hour, it seemed like a 90 minute massage and was wondering if I was somehow getting extra time, but turned out it was an hour from getting into the room and leaving. It was amazing how she found the knots and stress points or muscles in my back, legs, neck and head, then methodically worked them out. Very relaxing! read more

Valenia has been my massage therapist for years. She is a great therapist, especially deep tissue. I was referred to massage therapy by my chiropractor for back issues and she performs miracles. I have experienced such pain relief. I don't know what I would do without her. And the office is so polite and efficient. They always give me a reminder call and are so on top of things. I've been using Massage Space intermittently over the last two years and they've been okay, but like you I need to go in and see results for backaches, headaches, etc. They have a new therapist, Michael Benson, who is FANTASTIC! I have never had anyone find and resolve problem areas like Michael. He is willing to listen to what you need and then give it to you. Please try him out. I started going here for my lower back pain. But, then I went through a divorce while going here. Juliet (she is no longer there, moved to Waxahachie) was there for me and listened as I rambled on and on while she massaged me. After she left I gave Jose a try. He is pretty awesome. But, now I moved away. The owner is a nice guy. He remembers his customers and makes sure everything is going great. I really enjoyed going to Massage Space.
