Tressa did an awesome 45 min. deep tissue massage on my back! I have no idea how I hurt myself, but my muscles were so tight and painful in my hip, side and back. That deep tissue massage hurt so good. She kept asking if I was okay. By the time she finished, I could tell that the muscles had loosened and my back felt stronger. Yeah, I had the same concerns as you did about the people who reviewed before me. No friends and only 1 or 2 reviews? Seemed shady. But I started running and my legs are in constantly pain, so I decided to give it a shot. I mean, isn't this what the Economic Stimulus Payment money is for? To stimulate the local economy? I'm nothing if not a patriot, y'all. The first thing that caught my eye was the online reservations system. In the year of our lord 2020, I can't deal with you if your business doesn't accommodate online reservations. Websites are free now. Get with the times, man. I also appreciated the wide range of services and service times (45 to 90 minutes of bliss? Yes, please), as well as detailed information about each type of massage and which masseuse specializes in each areas -- a huge plus for anyone who has preferences in the gender of their masseuse. While I opted to skip the R.E.S.T add-on service (because I truly can fall asleep on my own for free), I selected the 45-minute Deep Relief Massage. I received an email confirmation of my reservation and who my masseuse would be within an hour (sweet!). The following day, I received a call and text message notifying me that my female masseuse was no longer available and would I mind being treated by a male. Love the heads up and it was not a problem at all. Signs on the door made it clear that they've taken the COVID-19 precautions seriously. I was happy to walk in with my mask and sign the paperwork outlining their precautions. Grant confirmed that all surfaces were cleaned and asked if I felt comfortable placing them in the room. (Talk about an over abundance of caution!). While I underdressed, I noticed a small table of snacks - gum, mints, chocolates, Emergency-C - that was both tempting and strange. Still, I noted the attention to detail. Grant talked to me before the massage about my concerns and adjusted my massage to address the source of my pain - inflammation and tight IT band. He loosened the band a bit with hot towels and did more of a pressure/shake/stretch than a typical massage. It worked, so I have zero complaints about his method. Afterward, he gave me some complimentary epson salt, water and directed me to the restroom. There was a sign on the door about Human Trafficking that made me think (a) are human traffickers getting massages for their victims? and (b) attentive, but a little strange. Overall, this is exactly what you would expect from a very nice establishment. I really enjoyed the customized approach to my session and I know I'll be back. read more

Well, don't just sit there, go get a massage! Lol. I had a very gratifying, full body, real one hour massage on 1.5.18 by Grant. He is patient, informative, and will customize your massage. I am a woman, and I felt comfortable with his services. Prior to my massage, he and I discussed my therapy needs for a few minutes, and he gave me pointers about taking deep breaths, and how to prepare for the session. I drank some complimentary water before and after the session. During the massage, Grant helped me remember to breathe deeply. This helped especially when he triggered some tense areas in my body. After the session, I helped myself to some goodies in the room. Also, I talked with Grant about post massage care, and booked my next session. Ambiance is calm, clean, with inviting colors and aroma. I learned after my session the music can be customized at your requst. I couldn't fully relax because the music playing during my session was full of drum beats; something akin to a social hour or coffee bar. Grant received this feedback gracefully. I also met his wife, Tamara. They both gave me a warm welcome upon my entrance. Wonder no more; get the massage you deserve! read more

I have had the opportunity to be treated by more than one massage therapist at Massage Revelation. I like the environment, and most of all, I like the attention that I receive from each therapist. Each therapist I have had, took the time to address my issues prior to the massage, no matter what type of massage I may have scheduled. I have felt extremely comfortable here. It's a pleasant environment. They keep it quiet, yet welcoming, and calm. It's always clean. I feel like they each go out of their way to help and make sure that you are satisfied. Grant has done wonders for my arm, neck, shoulder, and joint pain. His wife Tamera, gives a beautiful massage and addressed the issues I was having with an overall massage. Most recently, I had a session with Jannette, who did a wonderful job with a mixed modality session. Tell them what you need and be honest about it. Tell them the pressure you want, where your pain is, or what you hope to gain from the session and they can make personal adjustments based on that. I even brought my dad in for a session with Carmella recently, and he was very satisfied with his treatment. They each have something to offer and the environment is comfortable.
