I met with Grace and I requested a foot massage, deep tissue. See walked me to a room that had a chair for foot massage but she recommended table massage that included foot massage. So I agreed. From $80 for 1 hour +additional 30 she talked me into it .She then asked me if I wanted 2 women? I said definitely not . She started on my back and only worked on my back only . She never touched my feet but only put oil on them and never worked on my front side. & $135 .00 and 20 percent tip ! I paid it in cash which was my fault. She mentioned she didn't understand a few times earlier. I should have charged instead and disputed later. Horrible Service and disappointing message . As soon as I walked in, I was pressured into an upsell--they pushed a more expensive option right away, claiming it would include a full-body massage. Not only did they not deliver the full massage I was promised, but at the end I was also pressured to tip, as if it was required. Tips should be earned, not demanded--and certainly not after an incomplete service. It felt like a bait-and-switch followed by guilt-tripping. Totally unprofessional, and I won't be returning.

Not only did he provide an extremely deep massage and found many pressure points to relieve my tension, he also did a nice combination of stretching for relaxation at the end of the 90-minute massage. It seemed like Brandon has established his own style of massage called "Fitssage" which combines best of many different massage techniques such as deep tissue, sports massage, reflexology, etc. He walked me through each technique and explained their benefits. He also pointed out where my muscles were tense as he worked, some of which I didn't even realize before (above my shoulder blades), and gave me some tips on stretches/exercises that would improve my muscle conditions at the end of the session - it helps that he's also a certified personal trainer! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I really appreciated his genuineness to help improve my body condition. I'd definitely go see him when I visit San Diego again!
