During my stay, I met with her over the course of 3 sessions and there was an ongoing dialogue to determine what needed working on. I booked the massages with the owner, Jason, months in advance. I requested sports massages, with the option of changing to deep tissue massage if necessary. As soon as we walked in for the appointment, Jason greeted us by asking how the bike ride went. Nice touch! (Pun intended.) I opted to go with Jason as my massage therapist, and my husband received his massage from Su. We were both very happy with the massages we received at the hands of the MTs at Center for Therapeutic Massage! I didn't feel the need for a deep tissue massage, but asked for a medium pressure massage to work out any muscle sores after having spent hours on my bike. Jason knew exactly which muscle groups to focus on. He applied just the right amount of pressure and spent the right amount of time on each of the problem areas.
