Got charged $97 to my card for accidentally forgetting to reschedule my appointment on time that was still close to the 3 hour time frame, I work long hours and I'm hardly off work because of my work schedule where I get called in at different times, I get busy and forget about small things like this, I tried to get it voided and explaining to staff so I could come a different time and the staff was not too happy about it, it is not the first time there's staff that is not the most helpful, they also contradict each other all the time they had once scheduled us in on Saturday during Memorial Day weekend, Saturday rolls around and they weren't even open.... Terrible customer service. Hit or miss therapists. Appointments are full for weeks and can only book 2 even if you wanted to come weekly. They inconvenience you and when you ask for less $ service than they are taking away from you ...they don't even try to make it right. I had an appointment for my last appointment with my membership and was charged 55 which I'm cool with. I woke up today congested and have been sleeping in and off. My alert wakes me up and I immediately call them to let them know I can't make it in. Willing to lose my $55 dollars. But I'm told because I call the same day to cancel they still have to charge me $24. unless they are able to reschedule and they'll let me know if they cant before they charge me. Great so I'm thinking I am probably just suggesting from have allergies only but because I have been falling asleep all day I think it is better to be safe and not go there due to our current COVID situado. My husband and I went in for the first time today for a couples massage. I had called a week ago because I wanted to sign him up for a year monthly massage package. The woman who helped me on the phone was SO wonderful and sweet and explained everything in detail. Our massages were perfect--from the quiet room with complimentary wine () and heated neck pillows, to the soft music and heated massage tables! Afterwards our therapists walked us out and gave us water and they sent us home with a note about our session and recommendations for our next massage. We loved it so much I signed up for a membership too! Can't wait for next months massage!!! read more

Save yourself the money. Cancelation is difficult. The customer service for when you end your membership is absolutely terrible. We had some life things happen towards the end of our policy period and they offered us absolutely no help to use up our credits on time. So they took our money already and the best they could offer to help was to let my husband use my credits for a $30 dollar fee. I would have to use MORE money to use up my credits. I couldn't use the credit last week because I had the flu, my child had RSV. So if you are thinking of becoming a member, DON'T. They will not help you out at the end. If you get sick with cancer, they will not help you. If someone in your family dies, they will not help you. They will take your money and that is all they care about. This policy is DESIGNED TO TAKE YOUR MONEY! They don't give two cents if anything happens in your life. Very poor customer service. Me and my husband have been a customer for 2 years and have given them thousands of dollars. It would cost them nothing to go the extra mile since I already paid for the service. I paid for a membership throughout Covid and was not using it. I forgot I was paying for it. I accumulated 23 credits before I requested cancellation. During that time, my monthly membership increased from $55 to $65 with no communication to me. There was never a notification before the monthly charge came through. Cancellation is not allowed online or over the phone. You have to pay to transfer (up to 4) credits to another person. You have to continue paying monthly unless you do a full cancellation. Once you do a full cancellation, you only have 60 days to use all credits with no flexibility. I ultimately lost credits. Way too many contingencies with zero flexibility. The staff is friendly and talented but the way the business is run leaves a lot to be desired! Don't do it! read more

I have a monthly membership at massage life center. I was under the impression (bc I don't check my checking account everyday) that as long as I made my appointment once a month I received my monthly massage. Apparently my membership is charged on the 28th of the month. I had a massage on 11/28 and then scheduled another massage on 12/19. Again, I believed this would count towards my once a month massage via my membership. That was not the case. They charged me the $55 membership fee again bc I didn't schedule after the 28th of the month. When I called to make my appointment they never one said, "just a heads up you will have to pay for this massage since your new massage doesn't load until after the 28th. I think this is a customer service courtesy, bc if they had of done that I would have NEVER scheduled it prior to that day. I get one massage a month....ONE A MONTH. What the manager should have done was not charge me and then draft my account on the 28th. And of course I would not have made another appointment until after the 28th of the following month. The manager WOULD NOT compromise, all bc of a technicality. This was terrible customer service. She just kept saying sorry, as if that was going to solve anything. I have been in some form of customer service for 23 years and this was not the way to handle this. I asked to speak to the owner but she wasn't there. We will see if I actually get a call. And I'm giving them 2 stars solely bc the massage therapist are good. The front counter people, not so much. read more

My name is kelly and I was the customer here. I got charged 10 times for going just once. I called 2 times on the phone telling them to cancel my subscription but they wont let me, I have to physically go sign the paper which doesnt make sense. They lied to me that i couldnt send an email but after a half year of charging me every month, I found their email online. The first and the only time i went , they let a man massage me without asking me?! They can at least ask if I prefer a female or male and after i get home my back started to break out and I never want to go back again. On the phone they lied to me that I cant submit it via email. back in march I told them I dont want to go back. When Massage Life first opened their ownership was present and doing a great job. We have been back multiple times and each time the massage quality has been lower. Last night my husband and I went for a couples massage and I had to have the therapist stop. The poor guy had no clue and clearly they just hired a body. It was awful to have to disrupt my husbands massage and it was embarrassing for me. And we were charged as well with no attempt to make it right. They should stand by their service. I was really hoping for a place in Keller that could become our massage home. This won't be it. read more

On July 15th I ordered a gift card and asked Stephanie, the owner, to hold it until whoever was supposed to use it came to the facility. She stated they did it all the time and It was no problem. Come the day to use the gift card I got a call from the individual using the gift card saying they can't find it. I called the facility to ensure there was record of my transaction and that it was to be used for that specific appointment. The receptionist said yes (which is awesome). The one star is for the statement of "Worst case scenario we will recharge your card on file until we can find the gift card". I informed her not to do that because 1. It wasn't my discrepancy and 2. There was record of my phone payment already. She repeated it would be last resort but I reiterated to not charge my card. In the end they found the card and I honestly can't even attest to the quality of the facility or massage given but I can say that the statement above will have this facility loose 2 clients that were searching for a new massage home (and excited about this one!) because of the lack of ownership for their own discrepancy and stating I would be double charged for it. read more
