The space is incredibly calming, and you can tell so much intention went into the design and layout. The receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful. I honestly felt right at home! I also appreciate that they have parking available. I did the 45 min. Vedic Head Massage with Austin and it was amazing! They focus on your scalp, face/jaw, neck, shoulders, briefly the arms/hands. I personally have a lot of jaw and face tension, and have been trying to find a place that offers that type of massage. Thank goodness for The Lotus Room! I will definitely be back.

I thought, okay the White Bridge area must have got rough. However, the experience itself was absolutely wonderful. My masseuse Nicole was welcoming w/ a beautiful smile, thorough and kind. Nicole herself was firm as needed and gentle when asked to be i.e. responsive and respectful. I felt safe, nurtured and yes, I will definitely be going back.

Based on our previous chiropractic experience, there were areas of improvement identified immediately that were not previously being addressed. We are very happy and blessed to clients. Animal wise, saved us a lot of money with a neck issue on one of our pups that at a vet clinic would have crushed us in bills without remedy. Dr. Vear was able to evaluate the need for x-rays, determine the problem quickly and make an adjustment giving him needed relief. A little adjustment put things back to normal and our issue did not need to be escalated to a veterinary. WOW! Again, you will be very happy here.

I had been a client since 2019. I wish I can put zero star…read morebecause the service is unprofessional and person behind this company is not responsive and does not give the service he promised for the money My question toward the service began as the trainer was unprofessional by being always on the phone and yawning during the training. Then she went missing as COVID happened and she wasn't reachable. Derrick who is the CEO of the company gave me another trainer but it kept changing every three months. I was just told each time the trainer changed. I had a great trainer, Hannah, who was always responsive and listened to what I wanted to do. Yet she had to quit because she was not happy with the way she was treated by the company. Then Derrick said he is going to take me as a client. A whole disaster happened. He kept forgetting the personal training class I had with him. I had to remind him the days before to make sure he will be there but still he didn't show up. I was super annoyed by then and asked for his response to fix it. Then he became not reachable. He ignores my text and calls even though I still have sessions unused. I have asked him for the refund for the sessions I have left. He sent me an e-mail days later that he is going to make payment by August 2nd but of course. No response. Please stay away unless you want to become his assistant and lose money. It's almost been a month I have been asking for the refund. I hope I get my money back.

They were able to get me in at my preferred time which was at 10:30am on a Monday. I was so happy that I was able to snag an opening. Usually you want to make sure that you call ahead and book an appointment in advance in order to secure your spot. Something to note is that I did notice that on their sign they crossed out the part where it says "walk-ins accepted." I asked for just a 30 minute reflexology massage. They noticed that I was pregnant and made sure that I was super comfortable and had everything I needed. They were able to sit the chair up so that I wasn't laying flat and provided me with extra pillows. This was super nice and made my experience way more enjoyable. The massage was fantastic and when it was over I was asked if I wanted to add extra time and I really wish I could have said yes but had to say no due to my limited timing. I will definitely be back soon! Pros: - clean facility - comfortable - accommodating - great massage Cons: - stairs to get to the building (assuming not handicap accessible?) - one time my masseuse clearly had just smoked a cigarette and then was the one who gave me my massage and I just smelled that the whole time everybody let's dance - sometimes when paying it can be awkward and a little intimidating

When you walk in there is a little spot to check in and then you walk into a larger room where everyone is receiving their massages. They do have some rooms off to the side if that is a concern of yours but they keep the shared space very quiet and relaxing. I will say my one concern for this storefront is accessibility. You do walk up a flight of stairs to enter and I am unsure if they have additional options for those who need it so I would call and ask if needed! They have never been anything but helpful to me.
