Like some of the other people below, I purchased a groupon deal, but it was just the single massage not a package. I waited a while before scheduling (Didn't know people were having scheduling issues) It expires in about 2 months so I wanted to get in to use it. I called once before Thanksgiving, didn't get a call back but figured hey...it's the holidays. I called the following Monday. Didn't get a call back. So on Tuesday I left one more message. I also started the process of asking Groupon for my money back... but I have to tell you. I'm glad she called before Groupon refunded my money. I have had a lot of professional massages, I have tons of knots and tension in my back, and she is definitely a great massage therapist. She really did a great job! We talked about the issues with her yelp reviews. (One of the reasons I decided to initiate the refund from groupon) And to be honest, I think she was swamped by the number of groupons that were sold. It is just her and her business partner who does the reflexology. Sometimes you have to cut small businesses some slack. People purchase groupons because they want cheap... but in all honesty, I will be going back to her. She is nice in person, and VERY good at what she does. I think there are a lot of bitchy people who buy groupons to be honest. If they paid $35 bucks, the business is only getting like $17... so relax. The best way to contact her is to text her. Today she told me she was giving massages from 7am and was scheduled until 4 pm. That is one hard working lady. She also has military discounts. 3 massages for $135 that is an awesome deal. And well worth it, because of the quality of the massage. She just started her business on January 25th 2013 and already had quite a loyal clientele. Too bad none of them post on yelp. Just disgruntled people... when you figure she sold over 500 groupons during her grand opening and there are 5 pissed off people on yelp...that's not too bad. I'd like to know why her one loyal customer's review is under the "not recommended" area of yelp. She is the most accurate to my experience. I wonder if mine too will get regulated to the non recommended. I say if you are looking for a really well done massage and an experienced therapist she is the one. read more

DO NOT buy this Groupon deal! Just like the three folks below me, I bought this over two months ago. I have tried calling DAILY for the last month and never get a live person or even a returned phone call. I also tried emailing and submitting a form via their website. Two months of trying almost daily (and every day for the last month), and no one has returned any of my inquiries. I don't care what a "deal" a massage might be, it's way too stressful just trying to book the darn thing! I'd rather pay more and know that someone cares enough about their clients to call them back and schedule something they bought fair and square. If you find yourself in my shoes, you can call Groupon customer service for a refund if you explain the situation. The gentleman I spoke with today was very helpful. I told him that I think Groupon should not let this "business" offer this deal in the future and gave him the link for this yelp page so he could see what everyone was saying. This is the worst excuse of a business I have come across in all of my yelping... they ought to be banned from ever offering deals again. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away. read more

Unfortunately I had to rate at least one star to get this to post. It deserves no stars. I wish I had read these reviews earlier. I have been trying to contact this place by phone and only get a recording "mailbox full" and cannot leave a message. They don't respond to online requests either. Zora was very knowledgeable and the session was EXCELLENT. I tried this company buy purchasing a groupon and it was so worth it. First time I ever tried reflexology and it really really relaxed me (more so than massage session) and after the session my lower back felt much better! WOW. Glad I have 2 more sessions and will purchase a package after I complete my groupon! read more

There shouldn't even be a star for this review. I normally don't go out of my way to leave bad reviews, but I feel like I have to warn other people regarding this business. I've been trying to get ahold of them (maybe comprised of one massage therapist) for two months now. After 10 voicemails and three emails later still no response. I bought my Groupon for just the one massage and can't seem to be able to make an appt with them. No one answers the email or voicemail it seems. And the last few times I've called it seems like he/she was switching me right to voicemail. I'm calling Groupon and getting my money back, not worth any more of my time or effort. I have been going here since I first bought a groupon from them over 9 months ago. For the longest time I hopped from place to place using whatever groupon's were available in my area for massages. I typically go once or twice month. Since I've started getting massages from Zory, my stress level, tension, and migraines have dramatically decreased. Most women that I have received massages from simply were able to relax me for the moment at best, but Zory has actually given me therapeutic massages that help me long term. She's also extremely flexible and has always accommodated my schedule when I had to make last minute changes. I hate when massage places make you wait 4+ weeks to get a time that works well for your schedule. As far as the negative reviews go here, I'm shocked and think they are bit of an exaggeration as I purchased groupon's during the same timeframe. What these people fail to realize is that this is not an enormous spa that provides thousands of services and has dozens of employees. They SPECIALIZE in massage and are a small business. Since Zory and her partner both massage and take calls they are not available 24/7 to answer, but they got back to me timely. I think they sold around 1000 groupon's so I would imagine at times they were overflowing with calls which is understandable. And believe me, whatever the wait it's well worth it! read more

I purchased a Groupon for this establishment a few months ago and was completely unable to get in touch with them! I tried calling, texting, and emailing the recommended numbers and address and submitted a form via their website. Because I was leaving the area for school, I gave the Groupon to a friend to use and they were also unable to get in touch with the business. Eventually, I had to ask for a refund from Groupon. Im extremely upset with my experience with this company. So upset I made a yelp account and added this business since it hadnt been. I had purchased a groupon for 3 massages for $99. I had tried calling them every day since the purchase and no answer. Finally a woman answered, she told me to call back with my groupon number (totally understandable). I immediately looked it up, called back within 3 minutes. A different man answered. I explained I was trying to make an appointment and the woman asked me to call back with the number. He then asked me for the 7 digit number. I started to read it (without even finishing) he rudely interrupted "UM EXCUSE ME MAM!!! i know technology is new modern day era but I'm not going to be able to comprehend anything when you read it that quickly" (which I wasn't at all....) I continued and he asked me for my name. I made a point to be very slow while spelling it out and he interrupted yet again says "umm..yeah you can speed it up a bit please thanks" I couldn't even believe how rude he was being to me. He asked when I wanted to come in, I told him either Sunday or Monday would work best for me. So he responds "we have a wednesday at 9am" I started to respond wanting to say that wouldn't work too well for me and before I could finish my sentence he said "so Wednesday at 9". Needless to say i'm returning my groupon. There is no way I will want to deal with them for 3 visits. I have worked almost all my working career in some for of customer service, including waitress for a number of years and always make a point to be extremely considerate and understanding. The price was awesome but I don't really think this is a business at all. I have been trying to get an appointment for 2 months now and finally gave up and contacted Groupon. I have left about 25 voice mails, always getting the same recording of, "if you are a Groupon customer we will TRY to get back to as soon as possible in the order your call was received." I purchased a Groupon deal for 3 massages in July. I have been able to schedule and receive all 3 massages before Halloween. Note: This is an individual massage therapist that was looking to increase business, not a company with staff. She's it. Zory is amazing and I've been quite satisfied with her skill level. She shares her suite with a gentleman that does accupuncture/accupressure. I've enjoyed my experiences and will continue to book my massage therapy with Zory. I understand the frustration others are having reaching her because it seems the response has been overwhleming. I guess if I had a few hundred people call me back to back wanting immediate service I'd be overwhelmed too. FYI: I also know she's been out of town most of October and part of November with a family emergency. Patience is a virtue. The wait is well worth the personalized service I've received. read more

Called continuously for two weeks. No communication. Got our money back from Groupon. Wish I'd read the other reviews first.

I also bought a 3-pack of 60-minute certificates from Groupon. After two days my phone call was returned. The first available late afternoon appointment was SIX WEEKS AWAY! Weekend appointments were 8 weeks out. I have to use all Groupons by December and I have to schedule six weeks in advance if I don't want to take off from work???? I don't mind a week or two but 6-8 weeks to schedule one appointment is ridiculous. The woman was very hard to understand but I managed. Each time I called the phone line sounded as if there was a bad connection. There are too many businesses in the Baltimore-Washington area offering this same service. After asking to speak with a supervisor I was able to get the Groupon folks to refund my money. Might be a good deal IF you like waiting for returned phone calls and appointment a month and half or better from when your call is finally returned. read more

Terrible business. I bought a groupon and made an appt, only to have them cancel with just a few hours notice. I rescheduled, but when I showed up, no one was there. Still no word on when I can get my massage. If you haven't bought the groupon already, don't buy it! read more
