I can't tell you how many last minute cancellation I have gotten here. And real quick, doesn't a 60 min massage require 60 mins. Not here, your lucky if you get 45, if they show up. Oh and did I mention I have tried several different people here and none I'd see twice. Guess I'll have drive further or just cancel my membership all together. TBC maybe Woodstock has better staff. read more

My mother-in-law gave me a gift card for a massage 10 months ago, but with 3 little kids, it's hard to get to a massage. I took a day off work and planned this massage weeks in advance. The day before my massage I got an email "your massage has been cancelled". And I freaked out, called, and reset the appointment. I assumed it was a computer gliche. 10 minutes after my massage was supposed to start, I hear the front desk clerk asking if the therapist was coming in. He was "sick" and they were going to rebook me for 4pm With an extra 30 min. I left extremely upset. I work my body hard and desperately physically needed the massage. But mentally, the effort it took to get there. The management here is clearly lacking. I will not be going back. read more

Excellent massage from Barron. I've been helping my daughter for the past two weeks with our newborn and 4 year old grandsons and was in great need of some relaxation. In addition to a 90-minute massage I also opted for the hot/cold muscle therapy, which greatly helped the back pain I was experiencing. A great benefit to a Massage Envy membership is that it can be used at any ME location. Excellent flexibility and value if you enjoy monthly pampering! read more

I have been to a ton of Massage Envy locations and never wanted to sign up for the membership because the massages were eh just okay... not with Chad. My fiancee was treated horribly by Joey. She was unhelpful, disrespectful, and rude to her. I have had a membership here for over 2 years and felt as though they did a great job, but following this treatment, I would avoid going here ever again and would stay away from the franchise if they make a habit of hiring people with this type of attitude to service the customer. read more

I've had a Massage Envy membership for over 7 years and have visited many different locations. This one has the worst customer service by far. If you want to actually get a massage, do not book with Libby. The last 2 massages I booked here were cancelled the day of my massage just hours before. Same therapist both times and "coincidentally" she had an emergency come up both times. The second time it happened, I called to speak with someone and hopefully reschedule. I was told a manager would call me back, but it's been several days and they've done nothing. It's ridiculous that I have to cancel at least 24 hours in advance or be charged, but they can cancel on a moment's notice TWICE and don't owe me anything. read more

This is a damn shame!! I really liked my therapist I saw last winter. I haven't been back since COVID and they started charging my account in June and keep trying!! The manager did not think it was important enough to return ANY of my FOUR calls!!! I had the bank interfere. Obviously, customer service or even common courtesy is NOT a priority!!!! Had an appointment booked for 6pm for a stretch and massage (appointment was booked last week and was supposed to be with a specific massage therapist) get a call around 2pm day of my appointment to tell me that therapist wasn't licensed to do the stretch therapy and they would be changing my appointment to 5:30, since that didn't work for me and I was upset that the therapist I had was the one that was pushing the stretch therapy (even offered to give me an example during my first massage, didn't go. They then charged my credit card $121.00 for a no show! read more

Usually love this membership, but lately it's been awful. First cancellation was one during a girls event which left one girl unable to participate (that was the Peachtree corners location). They called 1 hour before the appointment and offered nothing for compensation. Then the online portal scheduled my massage and facial for the wrong day, no one called to confirm, so I missed the appointment and they docked me two credits (Woodstock location). Then today the Sandy Plains location calls me 1.5 hours before my appointment to cancel, again no compensation. None of the locations have managers that bother to rerun numerous messages, and you can't call corporate because the excuse is they are independently owned. Incredibly disappointed, but I will be using my credits and cancelling after years of membership. Terrible customer service. I get that things happen, people get sick or have personal issues, but if you're going to dock me credits for same day cancellation, why isn't there compensation if you do the same? read more

I just had a most unfortunate experience with this location. I tried to call and make an appointment after a 7 year absence from the company. The receptionist was not informed on how to give me the discount (even though they had quoted the discount to me a week ago.) I do not blame her, she was not well trained. I was told I had to call another location and "cancel" a valued guest status, even though I had not been there since 2011. Long story short, I had to make 3 phone calls and still was unable to book the appointment. I then received a call and text from one of the managing partners to "explain" why this happened. I also got to hear how many other people think they receive good customer service from this location. Well, good for you. I gave you a chance to make up for it and instead you made me angrier by your defensive attitude. I will not be a patron. read more

I first got a gift card years ago for ME. I enjoyed the couple experiences I had, but both were gift cards and I couldn't afford to continue going on my own. Last year for Christmas I got another gift card and waited until the last minute to use it- bad, I know, but I'm so lucky to have been placed with my current therapist, Jeannie. After our first appt together, I was offered the membership and prices with it at the front desk- and went for it. I see my therapist every five weeks on the dot for a 90 minute session, and the couple times I've had to reschedule for a week later, I could feel it in my bones. The difference massage and a good therapist can make on a tired, stressed body is phenomenal. I never believed it until now, a year later, and I'm still in love. I cannot speak highly enough of this location and it's talented people from the front desk greeting to the end of the service. read more

I've only been a member for less than 1 year. Due to traveling with work and recently moving, I requested to cancel my membership. They are paid to be broken, right? I was told by the clinic manager I could never cancel my membership but can pay $10/mo to freeze my account and still access my accrued massages. As I agreed to this back in NOV 18, I have been charged each month; NOV, DEC, and JAN and have had to continue to call and share my same concern and frustrations. I do not recommend this membership as I still have unresolved issues that no one can seem to fix. The customer service from this clinic manager has not been good. read more

If I could give Chad a less one star review I would. He was the worst!! He left me with bruises. I told him I had rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. He ignored this. I told him several times that he was hurting me but I guess he didn't listen. I can't believe that I paid. Never again will I go there. A terrific facial from an unexpected source, Massage Envy! Someone had told me they do facials and I decided to give it a try. First of all, there is a time and a place for the over the top pampering and frills you get with some of the nicer and fancier places. I love going to have a pamper day. But who has time? And $$? This is a wonderful and relaxing experience. I was immediately impressed with Maggie (ask for Julia Margaret if you go online). She is so nice and so knowledgeable. She did a great job on my skin and knew exactly what I needed. This is a true esthetician. She knows her stuff! I asked her so many questions and she was able to answer them all. I found out what I was doing wrong and right! They have products there, but no hard sell. If you do buy anything, the prices are good and high quality products. Maggie is my new go to facial girl! I plan on booking her over and over bc I do not want her to get too booked up. My skin looks and feels amazing. I'm so thrilled that I found this place and Maggie! read more

This was my first time to a ME, and I must say I was completely thrilled. When I called to make an appointment, they were so very friendly. When I arrived, I was offered hot tea or water and was able to relax a bit. Jenny did a wonderful job on a Swedish massage. I told her where I was experiencing pain, etc. She concentrated on those areas. I was completely relaxed and not in pain when I left. Lydia the owner and Jenny answered all my questions completely.
