If you like firm massages then Brigitte is your therapist. Her medium is most therapists firm. Fabulous friendly staff.

I've had a great experience at Massage Envy! Jasmine, the manager, was extremely helpful and took the time to explain that my massage qualified for my FSA, which allowed me to join the program and start getting monthly massages. She made the process simple and was very welcoming. Brigitte, my massage therapist, was amazing. She listened to my concerns, provided excellent pressure, and really helped relieve the pain and tension I was experiencing. She has a great technique and made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism from both Jasmine and Brigitte. I'm looking forward to continuing my monthly massages at Massage Envy! read more

Today's massage was by Brigitte. She is wonderful. Usually we do muscle work, but today I opted for relaxation. It was amazing!! I fell asleep on the table. No better compliment that that!! read more

Had a wonderful massage today, given by Brigitte. Would recommend for a deep tissue massage.

I have been coming to this location for the last several years and I had an amazing experience last night with Kayla T. She was wonderful, understanding and focus on the area of concerns, she gave her recommendations based on my needs and I can say I feel so much better this morning. I have seen other masseuses at this location, Sheila, Brigette, and a few others. I can say I have not had a bad experience. Kayla did a firm massage and recommended some stretching at the end, and I would like to say thank you. Convenient location for me and I will look forward to many more massages at this location. read more

I have not had a massage in years and it was not as expected. It was better and amazing!! Cayla was so nice and friendly and listened to my concerns. Since I have MS I am very sensitive due to my nerves and she did a light massage and was just perfect! I will definitely book again and I am so glad I became a member! read more

I love all of the front desk staff ! Aliyah, Jasmine, Assia and Ayanna are all amazing. Brigitte and Naomi have been absolutely incredible. Thank you so much read more

Shawna is amazing!! So I have been coming here for a while now and I have tried several masseuses but I tend to always go back to Shawna. She is awesome and always leaves my back feeling significantly better! She is professional and very sweet. This location is very clean and I am always received promptly for my appointments. The girls at the front desk are also very sweet and helpful! Great place to go for routine self care. read more

Today, I went to get a gift card for each of my daughters' birthdays. In addition, I went to check the status of three accounts that are paid on MY credit card. When I found out two of the accounts had 11 credits each, I wanted only the payments to STOP! I was told NO only the others could stop or close the accounts. I texted my team to which both said close it... but those limited Massage Envy employees said NO! I thought I OPENED and I was paying. Therefore, I should not have to report Massage Envy to J. P. Morgan CHASE bank got FRAUD. I was so beyond frustrated and even worse told me to comeback Monday and no one in leadership or management could help me,"we want leave a note." NEVER GO TO THIS LOW LEVEL OPERATING PLACE. read more

My experience at this location has been beyond my expectations. People who have a good experience need to leave their rating for the community to see that it's better than the lower rating that's reflected. I don't have a specific person I like to see that have all done a great job. read more

Happy to have a massage envy in Laveen. I have signed up for the membership and really have enjoyed the discounted rates it comes with. It's obvious a lot of people utilize this location because it can take weeks to get in for an appointment. I typically get facials as I find them to be more relaxing. The aestheticians here are fantastical and the grind desk team are always welcoming. I want to say I highly recommend however I want less people going here so they aren't so busy all the time!! read more

During my massage today my therapist fell asleep while massaging my feet. Manager Hannah said he told her he was in deep thought. No apologies or compensation. Definitely won't be returning read more

Setting the appointment. Anything you want focused on more? Yes my back I pulled a muscle. Get there. Anything you want more focus on? Yes please my back I pulled a muscle. Get in room with massage therapist. Anything you want extra attention on? Yes my back I pulled something it hurts. My back please. 10 mins of back 40 mins of arms and legs. Wtf?!?! Thanks for nothing. Back still hurts with a tense muscle that never even got touched once. Just shoulders and down spine. Nothing off the sides of back where the actual pain was. read more

I freakin love this place. I'm so happy that Laveen finally has a Message Envy so that I no longer have to make that long drive to Avondale. I have tried 3 different massage therapists here at this location, and I was very happy with each of them. I decided to become a member so that now I get a massage every month at a discount. Sometimes I go twice a month depending on how I feel. Good energy and good vibes. read more

They never answer the phones like I swear everytime I call no one answers I literally have to call 5 or more times for someone to pick up

I would one million percent recommend Ken! He was super professional, created a relaxing atmosphere and gave a wonderful massage. I will definitely return! read more

This is the second time my massage has been cancelled for "Family Emergency" at this location. You take my money each months but when ever I try to schedule my appointments they seem to not be able honor my appointments. read more

I scheduled a appointment 1 month out. That's the first availability they had. The same day as my appointment, they called me to cancel my appointment. When I tried to see someone else, there was no one available. I had to schedule another appointment. Which was another 1 month out. Customer Service is not great. The person who called me, left a voice-mail message for me and who I spoke to when I called back, were very unhelpful. I do not recommend going to this location. If you do, and they cancel your appointment the same day after waiting a month to be seen. Don't say you weren't warned. read more

I book at massage envy's all the time and this is the second time they've called the day of, an hour before or when I show up, and canceled a scheduled appointment for an "emergency" I'm not sure what's going on - they have great massage therapists I enjoy visiting and would love to give better ratings to - but this seems unprofessional. I don't know if it's a front desk thing or them booking when they shouldn't be but I'm putting in a second review saying the same thing the first review confirms should have management reviewing what's happening here. read more

Not a company that believes in reliability.........I leave a event that i cant re-enter just for Massage Envy to call me (30min before my appointment) to cancel my appointment and cant get me in again until june 1st (over 2 weeks later) . Second time with this same type of situation and never any compensation. And they never have availability unless its the time frame most people have to work ..... and I dont go for relaxation i go for healing and pain management reasons so this is unacceptable . Really think i should take my Money somewhere else. Cause this service is not cheap but apparently clients time is not important, but let you cancel with less than 24hr notice and they want 50% of your money ....SMH read more

Matthew at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Dahlia my MSS therapist did an excellent job! The pressure and technique were absolutely perfect! read more

Had an excellent facial courtesy of Erika! Relaxing, expertly-done, and wonderfully refreshed my skin. Definitely want to go back!

Jen was amazing. Went through some serious pain and decided that a massage could help ease some of it. Jen took great care in assessing the problem areas and working out the knots in my back and legs. Will be back read more
