From the beginning- Alyssa was very kind and welcoming! I really appreciated that. They're taking the precautions necessary which made me feel very comfortable. I had a facial by Elizabeth. Elizabeth was amazing! She explained everything and helped me understand what she was doing as well as made feel very comfortable! read more

I got a massage from this place last year and my therapist was amazing. When I tried to book with him again I was told that he is not there anymore. Very disappointing. The girl on the phone sounded like she laughed at me when I asked for him. Very unprofessional. I settled for a different therapist but the contrast between her and the first guy was no fair comparison because she was just not as thorough. I wish there was a easier way to find individual therapists because the good ones are too hard to find. I'm giving them one star because I cannot give them zero read more

Bought my husband a gift card for a 90 min massage with light to firm touch. Then got unsold for an additional 15min foot massage. Husband goes in and they tell him that the 15min foot massage was PART OF THE 90 MIN MASSAGE!! Although I paid extra! The masseuse used her elbows and forearm! No actual massaging took place!! Paid 90 min for an elbow in his back! Very disappointed in this service and DONT recommend! Spend your $200 somewhere else. Where they actually use hands and you don't pay for 15mins that they rob you of Will not return. read more

Bad experience overall. There was a woman playing videos on her iPad on full volume in the tranquility room. My massage therapist was nice and made me feel comfortable but seemed very inexperienced and lacked any type of technique. The worst part was the constant laughing and lengthy conversations by the staff right outside the door. The walls are PAPER thin and the environment just wasn't relaxing. read more

I had a facial service by Sierra. She is absolutely amazing. recommend her to anyone looking for an esthetician ! She was very kind , truly cared about any skin concerns , and made the appointment very relaxing. You can tell she is very knowledgeable and recommend her to anyone! read more

The therapists are great but the management is a joke. I got my wife a membership a couple years ago. She is a stroke survivor from 20 years ago. And needed to get a massage from time to time. She went a handful of times just her health and our schedules it didn't work out as much as we wanted it to. So we canceled her membership yesterday and get a email saying that the 17 credits she has a not transferable and no refund either. Just so people know 17x75 is $1275.00 so if you go there make sure you use every credit because you will screwed out of them. read more

Absolutely do not recommend Go to Hand and Stone for all massages and facial needs. Daughter had a horrible reaction to whatever they put on her face. Their way to fix this $125 service before tip was offering a " consult " and a little baggie of whatever to help. -oh and a $50 refund Her face was literally covered in red marks and white bumps. Do not visit this location. read more

***DO NOT GO HERE*** the customer service is AWFUL!!! I called and booked a surprise couple's massage for my wife and I. I was very specific in letting Desja know that this was a surprise and asked that my wife not get any type of confirmation . She understood and took the time to delete my wife's number from the system and replace it with mine so I get all confirmations. Before I even got home my wife got an email confirmation for her massage! I called back to ask what happened and how we can make it right and they REFUSED to care, try to make it right, or even listen to what I was saying. Desja continually cut me off saying it's not her fault my wife had an email on file. I asked why she didn't check both when we were changing all the info and she said she didn't know but it wasn't her fault and she can't help me. She cut me off and xfer to her "team lead" who was worse! She was rude, said it wasn't their fault and mocked me when I said they ruined the weekend. She loudly and very dismissively said to everyone around her "oh we ruined the weekend" mocking me. When I told her she was being rude she yelled and told me I was rude. I said "I'm just trying to explain..." to which she cut me off and said "yea yea you wanted it to be a surprise, yea I know." I asked to speak to the manager and she said manager Kristie is not in until Friday but she can't help me either. Judging by the previous review I just saw saying the manager didn't help another customer and was arrogant, I'm sensing a trend here. Attitude reflects leadership I guess. I'm not one to ever write reviews but this had to be said. This place is awful. read more

This confirming appointments that seems to be the new thing these days has to stop. When someone makes and pays for an appointment (in the traditional way) confirms that that person has committed to be a responsible human being and show up. This also means if such person doesn't show up they forfeit the payment made. I will not nor ever use a service moving forward that requires reconfirming after confirming after the initial confirmation. I thought this places whole concept of business was to relieve stress. Because a persons phone "may " be off should not warrant canceling an appointment. Not to mention not notifying of the cancellation. Making the time and driving over to find out you've been unknowingly cancelled. Massage Envy, consider yourself "CANCELLED " And trust me, I'll pass it on. How's that for technology? read more

Sierra did such an amazing job. I normally have very sensitive and red skin...today the day after my facial, I have been getting compliments all day on my skin and I feel so refreshed ! She is great at what she does. I'm very pleased and would recommend her to anyone that needs a facial. :) read more

The wife and I have had memberships here for sometime now and thoroughly enjoy the benefits. I personally cannot say enough good things and am constantly recommending people. J and Jose M are my go-to masseurs, especially for deep tissue work. These two are fantastic and really know their craft!!! Aside from the massage they effectively communicate with you so that you understand what's going on with your body. If you have an HSA account through your health insurance you might be able to use it for your membership. Get started today towards feeling better! read more

There are a lot of ME's in AZ but this one is my favorite and I've gone to a bunch. I received a prenatal massage from Ismeal and have not gone to anyone else since. He may be hard to get in with but that just shows I am not the only one who thinks he's a great therapist. Also to note: Plenty of parking Easy to access Front staff is always so kind read more

Update: my usual masseur was unavailable but was recommended Ismael for a last minute booking, 90 mins with RTR. Wow! Ismael asked clarifying questions about my problem areas and helped me isolate the movements that caused me pain. He was immediately able to feel what the "issues" were and worked them out. Additionally, he also provided insightful advice for how to keep me stretching, and other proactive movements to avoid such debilitating tension from creeping into my neck and shoulders! I highly recommend Ismael and will continue to recommend J, and the team at Massage Envy Park West. read more

Very happy with my first visit to Park West Massage Envy, which ultimately ended up with me becoming a member! (Extremely affordable with great benefits!) I had a 60 minute session with Umar, whom I had never met before. Long story short, his work convinced me that I needed his touch in my life every month. Umar is legit! Facilities were extremely clean, front desk staff was awesome, and like I said becoming a member is extremely beneficial with no down side. I am not just saying that. Treat yo self. read more

First Alicia gets 4 stars. She did a great job. Do not like how they drop.Felt like I was in a cocoon. I was hot all the time. The massage oil is heavy and I was slick. Should have a wet towel wipe down after the massage. I had to have a shower when I got home. I had a gift card that was bought some time ago when their massage was $40.00 instead of $50.00. I had called in earlier and explained and was told if it says a hour massage it is an hour massage, it is not a chase value it is for a massage. When I got through they informed me I needed to pay an extra $10.00. They knew this going in but waited till the massage3 was over. No way to do business. I will not b3 going back even with a gift card. read more

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Husband and I treated ourselves to massages today with Jose and Steve, respectively. Both provided a wonderful experience. Excellent pressure and made to feel comfortable. Very courteous and respectful. Would go back to them again. read more

This location will just take your subscription fee and not work to accommodate appointments. They do nothing to be proactive in helping members utilize the subscription service. It's always 10-14 days to get an appointment. And then when available they only have a take it or leave it attitude! I'm so fed up I'm willing to give up my prepaid appointments. read more

Wow!!! I decided after 47 years , i was going to treat myself to a facial and can't believe I never did this sooner. My first experience was made perfect by Dulce at massage envy. She made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the whole process of what she was doing. I'm pretty simple and don't wear makeup much but during this pandemic wearing a mask has taken a toll on my skin and that is what prompted me to even make an appointment. So glad I did, can't wait to go back and visit Dulce and team and what what else i can get done to increase a healthy skin regiment. Thanks Dulce!!!!! read more

I was referred to book a facial with Celeste! She went through everything step by step! Great communication and lively! My skin feels great ! Will definitely book again with her. read more

Well I tried to book an appointment and massage envy refused to book me unless I gave them a credit card on file. The last time I gave them a credit card on file to book one just one appoint, they charged that card for 4 months straight. I told them I was willing to pay cash and they said "we need a card on file. Or no appointment." Well here's the thing you thieves, you can't go around charging ppls cards when ever you want. So until you get rid of your card on file rule, I'll never refer anyone to visit these robbers. read more

Canceled 5+year membership for bad front end customer service. When I asked for the membership cancelation information. I was told they would take care of it and send me the information. That was not done. They did however cancel upcoming appointments that I had previously made and already paid for. Something that I I did not request them to do. Highly disappointed as a long standing patient. I will not be using this location in the foreseeable future. read more

I made an appointment a month in advanced Because that was the soonest they could get me in. A week before my appointment I was called being told it was being canceled due to an injury of the therapist. There was no one else that could see me. The next available appointment would have been another 3.5 weeks. I understand injury's happen, however the fact that I had to wait another month again, and the front desk seemed like they could care less was a huge frustration. read more

Shannon was great as always. Knows how to find and concentrate on my problem areas. Excellent staff, friendly and courteous.

I usually go there for facials with Timothy, and for massages with Jose. Excellent experience every time! They make sure that they pay attention to my needs and deliver. Timothy listens and remembers conversations, I feel my best when I come out of those sessions. While Jose also listens and really hits the achy points, my picky husband also liked his session with him. I feel like overall they do take good care of their customers, but A+ on those two! I feel relaxed on every session. Also want to commend AGM Kristine; she made sure she addressed issues concerning closure due to COVID, and gave great customer service to ensure they take care of their customers as soon as they open. And she kept all those promise! I hope they all keep it up, coz every little thing do get noticed and they do count! read more

I haven't been to massage envy since the pandemic hit. I have tried 3 times in the past 3 months and can never get in. This place advertises they are open on weekends but.... they have no one available for massages only facials. So for those who work long hours during the week this does no good at all. read more

Worst experience ever. I will never go back to this place. My daughter and I booked our appointment six days ago at 3 o'clock today. Only to find out that the person who booked us booked us the wrong time and took down our telephone numbers improperly. When we called the franchisee owner to complain she actually laughed at us. She did not try to resolve the situation at all. I will never go back to unless I need more aggravation in my life. It is supposed to be a place to go to relax. read more

I called and asked for a same-day facial appointment. They were able to get me in with Sierra. She was amazing. She spent time asking me questions about my skincare routine and what my skin needs/goals are. She explained each step of the facial process, but it wasn't disruptive to my relaxation. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing her again. The only thing I didn't like was the cross selling of products because it kind of killed my after-facial-buzz. However, I understand it's a business and Sierra wasn't overly pushy about it. I'm curious about the membership, but I didn't sign up just yet. read more

Getting a massage is a personal experience.. (not like that pervert!) and I've been here twice. Today's experience was far better than my first. I received a gift membership for christmas, which was for three massages to be used in three months. I called to schedule my last massage and was told my membership had already expired. Sam called the original location and had them extend my membership so I could get my final massage. Big plus for me. Seems like it's hard to get people to stand up for you these days, so this was very nice of him to offer. Tanya gave me my massage and for the first time in my experience, hot stones, heating lotion and bio-freeze were used in conjunction with the typical massage procedures. I loved it! Tanya did a great job, and if I do decide to go back, I'll see her for sure! read more

Tom is my favorite masseuse at this location. He specializes in trigger point and deep tissue massage which is what I always need since I'm always stressed out. I've seen him twice now and he hasn't disappointed me yet. Always leave feeling brand new after my sessions with him, and they are usually 1.5 hours long! The girls at the front desk are also so very pleasant. Always polite and very happy. The music here is also very relaxing, reminds me of the deep forest. I have a membership here also and they roll over! So sometimes I don't even pay for my massage if I miss a month. That's always nice :) I would most definetely reccomend this place to anyone looking for a good deep tissue massage. Tom is the one to go see ;) read more

The hubs strained his neck and was in need of a massage...and I decided to take advantage of that and get a massage for myself as well. This was both of our first time going to a Massage Envy. We both had a great experience. My masseuse was David and he did such a great job, I was really relaxed when we left. The one thing I didn't like was the hard sale at the end when you are checking out, I understand that's what they are supposed to do but I wasn't a fan. All in all it was a great experience and if we are in need of some cheap and easy to get into massages we will for sure go here again. read more

I saw Lorraine today for the first time and she was FANTASTIC!! I checked in without any trouble and waited for my appointment time in their relaxation room. I was taken back on time and Lorraine took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for instead of trying to piece it together as we went. Just those few extra minutes of communication made a world of difference during my session. Like many other reviews, the hard sell from the front office staff is quite discouraging. I'm not sure why the pressure after you've had such a great experience. I would think they want you to leave feeling relaxed and not irritated. That being said, I will go back because of Lorraine and continue with a polite "No, thank you" until the front office staff gets the message. read more

I've had a massage at a Massage Envy before, went to Park West location because I had Yelp Vouchers that I wanted to use before they expired. I attended Yelp PleyDate in April, that's where I received these massage vouchers. It was an easy appointment set-up, I was greeted kindly & quickly. I was given a cold cup of water & went over paperwork so they could get to know what I needed for my massage. My massage therapist Alberto took care of the knots in my neck & shoulders that were killing me all week. I highly recommend the Park West Massage Envy! I plan to join the membership & try it out for a 6 month, it seems well worth it considering I usually get a massage every other month. read more
