Sidney at the the front desk is amazing at what she does. April put my mind at ease as her magic hands gave me the best deep tissue massage I ever had! She worked out all the tense and tight muscles on my neck and lower back. We carried on a great conversation throughout as it was part of the therapy in massage therapy. I went in for a free massage with coupon in hand and upon leaving they charged me 10$.I gave them my debit card and thought nothing of it. 4 months later I notice a weird 50$ charge to my account, and then realize they've charged me 50$ a month for 4 months without me knowing. I'm $150 in the hole with these snakes. I called them requesting physical documentation of my signature authorization for a membership contract, and they hung up on me. I canceled my card and got a new one.These pigs are FRAUDS and I have an open claim with BBB against them. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. THE MANAGER IS A FRAUD AND A SCAMMER AND THEY SHOULD ALL BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. read more

I hate to say it but I feel cheated. I had a $100 gift card to use. When I scheduled my massage, the cost was $60 for 60 minutes. When I went in for my massage, the cost for my next session was going to be almost DOUBLE - at $110.00 - unless I bought a membership for $60 a month. Then I could get future massages at the $60 rate. I explained that I would have to think about it (I don't have the money for a monthly massage at $60 every month. That's why my son bought the gift card for my birthday). So I generously gave the masseuse a $10 gratuity and can't even afford to use the remaining $30 on my gift card - because it would cost me another $80 out of my pocket for that second appointment.... So now Massage Envy got a $40 gratuity in total, I guess, for charging double for the next massage, which I can't afford... I explained to the salesperson that I live on social security ONLY and can't do a monthly payment of $60 for a massage. Her response was that, "Well, we all have income issues". .So, as I said, I feel cheated out of being about to use the rest of my birthday gift at Massage Envy. I love this place. Belize is the best. I have had several of the girls and I have loved them all. We have had a couples massage which was so cool. Also, my son got a facial for his 13th birthday. Facials are so awesome. However, if you have never been please see Belize! read more

I have been to a few spas and had some high end massage therapist that have given me massages. Lila just gave me the best massage ever and explained why I get sore after massages. She was informative and very responsive to cues! I loved my experience! read more

This location is nothing but a scam. I got a membership over a year ago and I cancelled it back in April. At the time the lady told me my membership was cancelled and I had 60 days to use the rest of my unused massages. I didn't plan on using them because I had already had an overall bad experience with this location. I thought I would never have to deal with them again, and up until this past week, I haven't heard anything from them. I got an email this week saying that my June EFT had posted. Weird, I should let be getting charged when I had cancelled my membership 2 months ago. I called the salon and the girl who answered the phone had no idea why I was charged $120 for something that was cancelled. All the girl did was put me on hold for 5 minutes and then say "you'll be refunded." I asked her if she knew why this charge happened and all I got from her was "well i don't know, but you have 60 days from today to use your unused massages. Would you like to schedule one?" Uhm, no I don't, considering my 60 days was already up from when I had cancelled the membership 2 months ago. Already fed up, I told her I would call back if I ran into any more issues. On Friday, I checked my bank statement and saw they only refunded me half of the money owed to me. At this point I was done talking on the phone and decided I would come in and figure this out. The girl at the front desk said "oh you aren't the first person to come in today for being charged after your membership was cancelled" WTH!!! Big red flags. She took me to who I am assuming is the office manager. She told me and I quote "I can only refund a certain amount at a time. I was gonna get around to getting you the rest" Excuse me, it's already been 3 days since I had called the first time. My other half should have been refunded by now. Thankfully, the lady told me that she would refund me the rest of my money, which she should have already refunded me. I also noticed that the computer said my cancel date was 6/5/19... that is a total lie because I had cancelled at the beginning of April. 6/5/19 is when I called them to tell them they stole money from me. I believe they forgot to cancel my account and thought it would be ok to just take $120 from me. (thankfully I kept the copy they gave me of the paper you sign when you cancel a membership.) This place is an absolute joke. This woman had no intentions of giving me the rest of my money that I was owed. Then on top of that they couldn't tell me why it happened. If you're going to take $120 from me, you better have a damn good excuse when asked about it. Never will I recommend this scam of a place to anyone. It is a JOKE. read more

I received a gift card for a massage earlier in the year, it took months to get in because they dont do walk-ins anymore or day of call ins. My husband couldnt get a refund back for the purchase because they also dont give refunds! So finally get in for the Deep tissue massage and when I arrived was told they didnt have anyone who could do a deep tissue massage, which is what was booked! I had driven 25 minutes and still couldnt get what was paid for. WORST massage ever! However if you are looking for lots of lotion this is the place. Also dont wear your jewerly, (my mistake) took my necklace off and some how it was lost. It was a very sentimental necklace now gone forever because no one ever say it! My $100 massage turned into life lesson. This place sucks! read more
