Great staff! Everyone there was over the top friendly. That alone makes you want to return. I have had a problem with one particular bag under my left eye. It showed up in every picture. I was really self-conscious about it. They put a filler in my cheek all around the eye. It did not make the bag go away, but it made my cheek look fuller there for making the bag not look so noticeable. They evened it out on both sides. In essence, they gave me a cheek lift. I swear I feel like I won the lottery finding this office!! I can't even begin to say enough positive things about Gallaher Plastic Surgery and Spa. Right when you walk in, everyone has a smile on their faces. Susan is always so welcoming and kind! Susan, Jill and everyone in this office is beyond sweet and also patient with questions which I appreciate because after a few times of going yes, you start to understand what everything is, but in the beginning you're getting all these new products mentioned to you and you can't remember exactly what's what or what goes where or which one is better than the other. The way everyone explains things and speaks to you just makes you feel so much more at ease. Now onto Laurel....literally the BEST injector a girl could ask for! I feel sooo lucky that I found her! She is so sweet and she does the most amazing job ever! She took my lips which was one of my insecurities and turned them into one of my most favorite things about myself!! She just makes you feel so good and her results are phenomenal! I think one of my favorite things about her is how she's able to keep things looking as natural as possible. I'm so thankful to be a client of hers and I HIGHLY recommend coming to her for your injectable wants and needs! I also want to shout out Valisha...I haven't had anything done by her yet, but I did ask her about different facial treatments and she was just as kind as everyone else had been. This review is for my experience with Tiffany, the esthetician at the Gallaher Medspa in Knoxville. I was a little apprehensive after having "lost" my regular facialist in Tellico Village, but was eager to give this location a try. The spa itself is immaculate, with the receptionist, ARNP and my esthetician all very friendly. I had an exceptional hydrofacial with Tiffany and look forward to returning. Absolutely the worst. Booked an appointment although I was a little apprehensive after hearing some negative reviews from people I knew who had gone there. I quickly discovered why the reviews were so negative. They screwed up my appointment date, mixed up my chart and gave me what turned out to be misleading/incorrect information. Even though I had a bad experience I decided to give them another try in the hopes that it was a one time thing. It wasn't. Again, they gave me inaccurate information that caused me to make a second trip out there from across town wasting my time, gas and time off work. A huge waste of time. The receptionists who answer the phone have no idea what they are talking about, the "nurses" are rude and the doctor is never anywhere to be found. Run. Do not walk. read more

I m a breast cancer survivor. Dr Gallaher did my reconstruction. His staff is wonderful and sweet. He is not very personable which is fine in a surgeon but I never felt like he knew or cared who I was even while I was going weekly. I am currently seeing someone else for a revision of my reconstruction that I feel was rushed through. I am now very asymetrical. read more

This place is amazing from A to Z!!! Every single aspect of my process was perfect. The staff was super nice and are so accommodating to your every need. Dr Gallaher is hands down one of the best in my experience. I personally loved that he actually takes the time to set down with you and answer every single question you may have. He doesn't try to rush you in and out and actually cares about you as a person and not just a patient. That alone meant so much to me!! I would give 3 stars due to the long wait in the lobby; however, the staff was excellent. They offered me a drink (I wish it was alcoholic) once I got back to the exam room. The physician did a good job explaining everything and the office staff followed up as promised. I will definitely go back. I just hope the wait time was an anomaly. read more

Patient beware... The office requires that you pay a $50 consultation fee upfront. I had to cancel the day of my appointment because my son had a fever. This is during COVID19 and because I am a responsible person, I get that no one needed to be in contact with me due to the pandemic. Because I did not give them 24 hours notice (because we call all predict with someone will become ill) they would not refund the consultation fee. read more

I saw Dr. Fowler last week for medical breast augmentation consultation. I waited 1.5 hours before being called back, which doesn't really bother me. 1) front desk check in was very nice, and friendly but you should never let patients know you are short staffed and while on the phone, you should not make it clear to the waiting room to hear that you are behind because another staff member booked a consultation the day before without checking first (because that consultation was me). 2) Dr. Fowler was the most UNPERSONABLS physician I have ever met. Never looked me in the eyes, sped through the exam and then started to walk out without even asking if I had any questions, but his nurse / Assistant was nice !!! 3) your checkout lady was phenomenal !!! --- overall, if it had not been for his supporting staff members, I would be taking my money elsewhere. If he had showed some sort of interest in my exam, I would be more likely to book extra cosmetic procedures. **on top of that, I know how the practice / cosmetic aspect works because I work for a plastic surgeon as well. read more
