My Husband had surprised me with a Couple Full Body Massage, and can I just say... "WOW"…read more We had 90 minutes to just relax, decompress, and soak up Tranquility here with Tom and Mary! Absolutely LOVED enjoying my Husbands' company in a Quiet, Non Stressful Massage. Plenty of Parking too! When we first came in, we were a little nervous because we both had Never been to one of these things before. So we didn't really know what to do, or to expect. We got ready, and Tom and Mary came in. I'm currently pregnant so they DID make accommodations for me (they want you to lay on your belly) they give you support pillows until you're "just right". It was hard to tell my Body to relax considering a stranger was touching me. Lol. But after about 10-20 minutes in, I was able to calm fully down and relax. They massaged everywhere. Got all my Muscle Knots in my back and neck out. She also massaged my Calves- Which was AMAZING (which are running rampant with leg cramps right now due to pregnancy. Haha!) The hand and foot massage were absolutely Spectacular. So firm and yet gentle at the same time! The bathrooms and rooms were super clean!! It smelled fresh and organic there, my Husband and I really liked the experience. THE HOT ROCKS MADE ME DROOL HAHAHA!! Mary was very professional with asking if I was okay with it before proceeding. My Husband and I were so relaxed that when we were talking later on about it, he had mentioned that he actually fell asleep towards the end for 5-10 minutes... I laughed because I did too! 10/10 would Completely recommend. The head massage was also great. The whole thing... I cannot brag on this place enough! Great people, Great atmosphere! They got us out in time for us to pick up the little guy from the sitter, so they're very punctual. As business owners and parents... WE APPRECIATE THAT!! Thank you so much Mary and Tom! Thanks so much! -The Kanevski's

My spa day was a gift, and the facial and massage were genuinely wonderful -- that part I can't…read morefault. The mani/pedi, however, was another story. I came in with dip nails. At check-in, I was told the salon could remove and redo dip, but once I was seated, the technician assigned to me couldn't, so I had to switch to gel. My package also included a full spa pedicure, but what I received was essentially just a polish -- no leg massage, no callus treatment. When I asked about it, I was told the tech had switched me to a gel pedicure, which doesn't include those services. I wasn't informed of the change beforehand. If I had been, I wouldn't have chosen a gel color, because the spa experience was what I had been looking forward to. The dip removal was rough. The tech struggled, my nails were left hacked up, and my tips dissolved in the process. I was told they didn't have the equipment to fix or replace them. After about an hour, I stopped the service because it was clear I'd need to go elsewhere to repair the damage -- an expense of roughly $100 on top of what was supposed to be a relaxing gifted day. The manager did waive the charge for the mani/pedi, but insisted the amount remain as a credit for a future visit rather than refund it. Since the spa day was a gift and I don't hold the original gift card, that credit is of no practical use to me -- and it doesn't offset what I'll spend elsewhere to repair the damage. Their position was that I should have told them ahead of time that I had tips. I did disclose my dip nails at check-in, and I wouldn't expect a nail salon to need advance notice to handle tips. Honestly, the manager's attitude and unwillingness to meaningfully make this right was as distressing to me as the damage to my nails. I won't be returning. If you're booking a facial or massage, you may have a fine experience. For anything nail-related, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Clean and beautiful inside. I love that they have a private women's locker room and waiting room. I was bummed because I booked a smashed here so I could use the sauna and of course it was out of order. But at least they had a steam shower. I got a hot stone massage and feel like they weren't utilized enough. I wasn't a big fan of the person who gave me the massage but I'll be back to try someone else.

After a very lackluster and disappointing experience at one of their other locations I was shy to…read moretry any others, but after talking to salon leadership I was persuaded to give them one more try. (BTW, the persuasion was challenging as the woman I spoke with blatantly accused me of leaving a "malicious" review when I simply expressed my disatisfaction and 2 stars with my visit after they did not respond to my company survey comments via email. - It was not until I explained to her that I am disabled and what she was asking for from me in person was not possible that she finally seemed to understand and back down. I would say leadership does not represent the same level of service I got at TC, which was AWESOME.) It is an hour drive for me to get to this location and it was pouring rain but it was worth the trip. Jannay was absolutely amazing! She was communicative, had 4 times the colors their other location had (they probably had like 15), did every part of a service I expected (cuticle work, sloughing off dead skin on my heels, a nice massage, etc) and was simply a pleasure to work with. This pedicure was 5 or more weeks ago and my toes STILL look amazing. Unfortunately, due to my distance from the salon it is hard for me to get there when she is available (I did not see any weekend appointments for months) but I am going to keep trying. It (and she) was definitely worth it!

You see I'm a low-maintenance gal. Sure I love to go to girly stores and doll up every now and again. But you are more likely to see me with my hair rather simply coiffed. Better yet.. It's covered by a baseball cap or in a ponytail while out on the road or on a hike. Hahha..Illusion shattered, right?! Oh but no!!! Because since my haircut suddenly people are thinking I spent hours primping my bombshell hair! (no way buddy. I love my sleep). I love coming in and sipping warm tea each visit. And I love the free sample giveaways. But I cannot give 5 stars. When I came in for a mani-pedi the lady talked distractedly to her friends the whole time and made me late for my other appointments. Grrr. The promotions program is inconsistent and I'm bummed I didn't get my birthday discount. The massage is good but the facial isn't impressive. I cannot recommend getting a makeup application here either.
