Later, I was able to get on a call with Gayle, the yoga teacher training instructor, and it was such a pleasure speaking with her. She answered all of my questions with so much care and clarity, and within a few weeks, I felt confident enough to sign up. I've attended several of the donation-based workshops, and I absolutely love that they offer this. It allows people to explore and learn something new without the pressure of fully committing right away. I'm currently about a month into my yoga teacher training at Bodhi & Sol, and it has already been incredibly powerful and inspiring. MEDICAL GOOF UP-Went to pick up my prescriptions from Walgreens. I was to have 3 Rs'x per my…read moredoctor visit. One RX was filled completely. The second could only be filled partially, The 3rd Rx the girl said they did not have. Since they no longer give the patient a hard copy of the prescription, I had no recourse to prove that they were in error. I advised the girl there should be another prescription. Not having no way to prove it, but why would 2 Rx's arrive but not the 3rd. I had no choice but to walk away and drive home and call my doctor to find out what I already knew. My doctor's office had sent all 3 Rx's and verification received. My doctor's office knows what customer service is. They called Walgreens to find that all 3 prescriptions were sent and received, but the 3rd missing one was out of stock and was on back order. Due to the lack of effective and good customer service I was not informed properly. This normally would not upset me, but this is not the first-time problems like this, and others have occurred with this Walgreens close to my house. I am a senior citizen living on a fixed budget. With the high prices of gas, I have to make every trip count. I had no problem living on a budget, but mistakes like this causing me extra driving and gas can mess with my budget. Everyone makes mistakes but the actions that one take to correct the problems to attempt to keep them from happening again is a big plus for me. But today we are forced to correct other people's mistakes while they continue to repeat there patten of problems. I wish this could be a more positive post, but this is my beef of the day.

From the moment you walk in the door, there are multiple receptionists who began greeting me by name on only my second visit. The atmosphere immediately calms you when you walk into the lobby, you will feel like you are about to have a massage! They always offer water, champagne, or a collagen drink (even if you are running late to your appointment, like I have unfortunately done more than once!) I can only speak to the services of Kelsey (electrolysis) and Lindsey (Coolsculpting Elite) from personal experience, but I am fully confident in saying that my experience every single appointment over the past few months is indicative of the entire staff. Lastly, I feel it would be remiss not to mention the personal touch and genuine care that the staff has for each and every client. A few months ago, I had a personal emergency which left me without my cell phone, and I ended up "no-call, no-show-ing" two appointments in a row. Instead of blocking me from scheduling further appointments, both Kelsey and Lindsey showed immediate, unwavering care and concern and welcomed me back to my appointments as soon as I was able to make contact again. Of course, I hope such an incident never happens to anyone else, but many Med Spas that I know of would enforce a strict cancellation policy with no questions asked, but not here. When I come here, I know that I'm not only trusting my body with experts and professionals at their specialties, but trusting my overall wellbeing to a team that genuinely wants to see everyone look, feel, and achieve their best.
