When it was time to check out they had me standing there late for work for 12 mins while they called around to see if they felt like taking the 20%? It gets worse. After I had been there 2 1/2 hours now due to my massage starting late and then them wanting to hold me there until the owner could get there which was unbeknownst to me, the owner flew up in her car and attempted to bully me out of accepting the promo that I told them I had before even booking.
