Buyer beware: The reason for only 3 stars is location and price. This spa is at the end of a very long, rough potholed road with broken cars and buildings. The parking lot says park at your own risk which didn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. The facility was clean and simple, but very small and nothing special. I could have overlooked all that if it hadn't been for the price. $210 for 80 minutes, so it cost us $420. IMHO it was unreasonable for a place like this and I wasn't told the price up front when i called to book, which was my mistake. If I had known, I probably would not have scheduled.

Located behind the Morgans Mango restaurant in the little pink "hut," you'll want to look for the sign and turn right past the restaurant. Climb the steep driveway and park above the pink building. Inside, you'll find two beds for couples' massages, and you get undressed to your comfort level. What makes Laura and Remi so great is how much they communicate. "Problem areas," "Pressure"...consistent check-ins during the massage. Perfect pressure from Remi, and the wife said the same with Laura! In addition to the massages themselves, we really enjoyed the citrus-scented oil they used as well as the eucalyptus mask when lying in our backs. At the end of the day, it was one of the highlights of the entire trip, and I couldn't recommend them more. One minor preference is wishing they gave you a hot towel to rub the oil off, but that is a nit-picky request. Plus, we got our dog fix in meeting Willow, the rescue dog who was super sweet. The perfect experience!

We called Point Wellness Spa and spoke to Beverly who did everything possible to ensure we could get the massages we wanted. She call us back with appointment times (it turns out she kept the spa open later so we could both get massages) and made us at home while the other person received a massage from Julia. I was able to borrow a yoga mat and take some time to myself in the empty yoga studio as well as sit on the massage chairs. I walked in hoping for a massage, and left with so much more- the time spent to myself in her yoga studio was priceless. Julia's professionalism and massage were top notch. She worked out my problem areas and left me feeling more relaxed than I could have ever hoped for. Beverly was an incredible host- effervescent, attentive, and accommodating. It's clear that she cares about her guests and will go above and beyond to care for their needs. While the facilities may be small, the use of space is well thought out. Beverly wants her guests to feel at home at the spa and her attention to detail is clear. The space is clean and bright with great views from all over the property. My only regret is that we didn't come earlier in our vacation so we could visit again and get another massage, take an aerial class, or try the rest of the spa treatments. If I'm ever back in St. Thomas I will absolutely come back to Point Wellness Spa and I absolutely recommend this place and its staff!

First, you must plan a visit to world famous Trunk Bay Beach (preferably when as few cruise ships are in port in St Thomas as possible). And then you must plan to schedule at least one massage session with Krista. She is exceptionally talented and in addition a very nice person. I personally enjoy deep-tissue massages..and she added in some yoga massage work, which was amazing. I was experiencing some neck and shoulder issues before I met with her, and she made me feel so much better after our first session I had to schedule another meeting before leaving the island. I did mention to her though there were two things I was really bummed out about. First..that I've been coming to SJ for many years now, and it took so long to cross paths with her. And second, it will be such a long time before I get the opportunity to see her again (hopefully next year). So go ahead and do yourself a huge favor, and schedule an appointment with her, well before your visit to be sure an get the opportunity to feel better than you have in quite some time... IMHO.

Ingrid comes to your location, which is included in the flat fee. I'm tall with lots of knots, so I opted for the deep tissue massage and was not disappointed. I've had other deep tissue massages that were just OK, but Ingrid gave deep pressure on my trouble areas (neck and lower back) and really loosened me up. Afterwards my massage I walked down to the beach while my wife got her massage, during which she got to know about Ingrid and her husband's life journey which brought them from the states to the island of Vieques. Ingrid is super sweet and we enjoyed getting to know her. It was a great way to start our day. We plan to make this an annual trip and look forward to the next time. Thanks Ingrid! - Jen and Tim
