Buyer beware: The reason for only 3 stars is location and price. This spa is at the end of a very long, rough potholed road with broken cars and buildings. The parking lot says park at your own risk which didn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. The facility was clean and simple, but very small and nothing special. I could have overlooked all that if it hadn't been for the price. $210 for 80 minutes, so it cost us $420. IMHO it was unreasonable for a place like this and I wasn't told the price up front when i called to book, which was my mistake. If I had known, I probably would not have scheduled.

Ingrid comes to your location, which is included in the flat fee. I'm tall with lots of knots, so I opted for the deep tissue massage and was not disappointed. I've had other deep tissue massages that were just OK, but Ingrid gave deep pressure on my trouble areas (neck and lower back) and really loosened me up. Afterwards my massage I walked down to the beach while my wife got her massage, during which she got to know about Ingrid and her husband's life journey which brought them from the states to the island of Vieques. Ingrid is super sweet and we enjoyed getting to know her. It was a great way to start our day. We plan to make this an annual trip and look forward to the next time. Thanks Ingrid! - Jen and Tim
