I moved here this past March and was apprehensive about finding a good chiropractor here on St. Thomas. I am a dental hygienist and I was suffering from a lot of chronic back and neck pain. Not only do I spend hours a day sitting, bending and twisting, I also suffer from scoliosis and sciatica. After a few more patient referrals, research and reading through Dr. Pat's website, I finally decided to leave my contact information. I Immediately was contacted through a text message stating that I would be helped momentarily via phone call. Craig, the office coordinator/manager was more than helpful and flexible with getting me an appointment the exact day and time I needed. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Craig and Onika. Onika is always up at the front desk dealing with scheduling and organizing all tasks that come her way. She was so helpful with me completing all the necessary paper work needed for Dr. Pat. Craig gave me an entire tour of the office and was super informative about all of the equipment in the office, merchandise and webinars they host every month. After all of my paperwork and information was collected, I was directed into Dr. Pat's office where we discussed my problems and also my future goals for my back and neck. He was very attentive, detailed and thorough with learning more about my problems and any questions I had. He then had Dr. Antonio (who is amazing) take a complete set of xrays of my back and neck. I was also able to have an adjustment the same day to help relieve some pain before my next appointment. My next appointment was a couple of days later, this was more like an informational session to help us clients understand what chiropractic care is all about and what to expect on both patient and provider end of things. We also individually were able to discuss in private what Dr. Pat saw on the X-rays and come up with a treatment plan going forward. Every time I walk into Paradise Chiropractic I feel welcomed and happy to be there. I feel excited about my treatment and most importantly my body has never felt better. Along with my corrections, my digestion and mood have improved greatly... I also have not had a tension headache since I started my care.
