I was eventually directed to the side desk, where an extremely disinterested staff member took down my information by hand (?). I had my doc call in the prescription. When I came by yesterday, my scrip wasn't filled. Again with the rude and strange front desk staff member. At the side desk, I was informed that they "didn't have a contract with my carrier." Why didn't they stay that in the beginning? Anyways, lesson learned.

My experience here today was a terrible chaotic mess reeking of incompetence. My doctor's office…read morefaxed over a prescription yesterday morning and received an automatic confirmation message. Today when I went in to get my medicine, I had to wait a few minutes to get in the door due to social distancing. When I finally got inside, there was a long wait for pickup. Upon reaching the front of the line, the person at the counter said she didn't have anything for me and I would have to go stand in the drop-off line to see if the script had been received. I went to go stand in the drop-off line but was told that due to social distancing, I would have to wait outside--again. There was only one other person in the outside line at the time, but while I was waiting several people joined. The person in front me went in after a short wait. But, the lady barring the door then let in three people who were in line behind me! After the second person was let in, I asked "what the heck is going on? I'm next." She mumbled something unintelligible to me and a few minutes later let in yet another person who was behind me in the line. At this point I left and went to the pharmacy at Plaza Extra East three blocks up the road. The staff there was courteous and helpful. I recommend them instead for your pharmacy needs.

I was like, that sounds fine, as I had never even heard of the store before. As I walked through the door, it took me a second to realize that this was no ordinary grocery store... As the first thing I saw was riding lawn mowers and solar converters. And that was just the beginning. The more I walked around the store, the more things that I saw that I was not expecting. Flat screen TVs, clothing, luggage, and a lot of big box items. Seriously, this looks like what the child of Costco and a major grocery store would have. I will say this, everything was neat and clean and tidy, and the shelves were neatly, stocked and faced. You can tell whoever worked there took pride in making sure everything looked good. The only downside that I had was the girl that was checking me out, seemed like she really didn't want to be there. She didn't greet me, she just scanned the items and didn't even say anything at all. No Hi how are you, no can I help you with anything else, nothing. I really hope customer service is not dead. Bottom line? If you are in the islands and you are looking for something, chances are this place has it. I would have given it five stars had it been for the nonchalant attitude of the girl checking me out. That being said, this place has pretty much anything you could possibly want.

They have a decent sized parking lot that it shares with the other businesses in the strip mall that it is located. Currently masks are required to be worn while in the store. The store is not very clean or organized, but it is a one stop shop. They have fruit, frozen food, meats, snacks, alcohol, a pharmacy, pastries, televisions, fans, blankets, bulk goods and everything in between. This place is the definition of a one stop shop. The staff there was helpful and friendly. I found everything that I needed, and a lot of what I wanted there. This is a large store and it stays pretty busy. It is a popular spot among tourist and locals a like. Selection is this stores strong point. If you can not find what you are looking for here, then good luck finding it anywhere else. They have stock all over the place, in the aisles, on top of shelves...everywhere. They just roll a pallet out and drop it right there. It looks like they do most of their stocking during the day. I wish this was done at night though, like most grocery stores in the states. This is a good store to get more bang for your buck. They have some decent sale items. I wish that it was a bit cleaner and more organized though.
