We informed them that we would need them to end the massage a little early at 11:15 because we had something planned after. They were very apologetic. The massages were pretty good and had our bodies feeling relaxed after. As they were packing up after, they said they would talk to their boss and inform them they were late and to discount our service. They said I would be receiving a call from the person charging me to discuss further. Fast forward to later in the evening and I received a receipt for the service, no phone call, and saw they only took off $10 for this inconvenience. Please keep in mind they charge $30 to come to Margaritaville...additionally they added a TIP without even consulting me! According to their website, they only add gratuity for 4 or more people. Photos of receipt for proof. Super unprofessional/disappointing experience for the amount we paid in my opinion. Also wouldn't have tipped them $64. Would not recommend. Two stars are purely for the massages and the piece of aloe plant they brought for my sunburn.

I could have overlooked all that if it hadn't been for the price. $210 for 80 minutes, so it cost us $420. IMHO it was unreasonable for a place like this and I wasn't told the price up front when i called to book, which was my mistake. If I had known, I probably would not have scheduled.
