Over time she has really gotten to know my body, my habits, and my stress patterns, so each massage feels more personalized and effective than the last. Natasha is clearly very knowledgeable and educated in how the body works, and she always remembers the areas that give me trouble and checks in about what has changed since my last visit. Her ability to combine focused therapeutic work with deep relaxation and suggestions bette life habits means I do not just feel good on the table, I notice real, lasting relief afterward, which keeps me coming back regularly. She isincredibly responsive, always adjusting pressure and technique based on my feedback and what she has learned about me over time, which builds a lot of trust and comfort. On top of all that, her warm, friendly, upbeat energy makes every session something I genuinely look forward to rather than just another appointment. The consistency of her care, her attention to detail, and the way she remembers my preferences are exactly why I am a loyal, long term customer and recommend her to anyone looking for a truly outstanding massage therapist!

Cynthia is the best massage there is, hands down! I've been coming to her for the past year or so…read more I came across a Groupon and never left her since. She offers massages at a great price, just call ahead to ensure you can book with her. She is so good, she stays very busy, so call with at least a week advance notice if possible. She helped me several times, from strained muscles to stiff neck issues. She takes her time and ensures you understand why she's going to be doing, and helping what body part to release the tension from that aching area. She helped me numerous times, I can't thank her enough. Those of you that have a sit down job or do repetitive work with your hands, come see her! She can seriously help get those knots out of your body. She introduced me to essential oils and they've been a life savor especially if you want to avoid taking pills for allergies, just ask her about that. Super informative and just simply the best. I can't help but boast about my massage lady, as she seriously deserves all the praise. With the relief she's brought my body, you'd be thanking her too if you experience that same relief.

I've been receiving massage therapy for over twenty years (sometimes regularly, other times,…read moresporadically) and I can honestly say that Circle of Light is my all time favorite. While I've seen several massage therapists at Circle of light over the years, Talea Faircloth is the best; I leave her table with that perfect blend of being completely relaxed (I really try not to doze off, because I want to consciously enjoy every minute ... but ...) and being just a little sore (knowing that she's worked deeply enough to make a difference in my stressed-out neck and shoulders for days to come). Whether you're looking for a relaxing lunchtime one-and-done massage experience or need to establish a therapeutic schedule of bodywork, this is the place to go!

It was hardcore but they continually ask you about your comfort and if you're ok with the pressure. I prefer deep tissue because it's medically beneficial for my issues. I was so sore the next day, which is expected with deep tissue, but once the soreness wore off I felt properly tuned up. She battled my rock-hard knots with all of her might an won! I would come more often if I could afford to but the Groupon is a good deal. And they are very kind people and so appreciative of your patronage. The most uncomfortable, violating, unprofessional, and chaotic experience I've ever had. The front…read moredesk staff required I pay for the massage prior to service. The staff could not speak English so did not understand that I had already been charged $20 to just book the appt. After the lady at the front desk tried and failed to use google translate to understand me, she had to call someone named "yaya" to translate over the phone. I was then charged $55 dollars (with an additional $5 charge to use a card). When the massage began the masseuse had very chaotic, rushed, and aggressive energy- hitting/ swinging my ponytail/ hair with oil covered hands if it got in her way, hitting my face and ear when using her elbow to massage in between my shoulders, aggressively pulling up and down my underwear, all while heavily breathing and grunting. At one point the masseuses private area was literally on top of my head as she climbed on the table to reach over to massage my back. The masseuse lowered/ raised my underwear so forcefully I thought they may rip. When massaging the glute area the masseuse was on top of the table/ almost laying entirely on top of me, the lady from the front desk barged in and proceeded to have a conversation in Chinese. The masseuse was still on my back, my glutes exposed, with the door wide open during the entire conversation. I felt extremely violated!! During certain parts of the massage if I hadn't quickly pulled the small towel to cover private areas (my chest, privates, and backside) they would have been completely exposed. There was no care taken to accommodate boundaries I was comfortable with. This was the complete opposite of a relaxing experience. I was very tense, afraid what line they may cross next. At the end of the massage the masseuse stopped me to ask for tip. I told her that I had a bad experience. She looked at me very confused. I strongly do NOT recommend a massage at Wei Spa. I am a regular customer at Sunshine massage off nicholasville rd and would highly recommend for an all around better experience there.
