Great experience and an amazing massage! Would definitely recommend! Elizabeth was great!

I stumbled into White Willow by accident while Visiting Chocolate Holler. I had no idea this gem existed in Lexington! Whether you're looking for natural healing, a massage, interesting tarot cards, or crystals (and their inventory doesn't stop there), you will find a friendly face at White Willow. I absolutely loved their Valentine's feature, and have the full intention of making it back in for gifts! read more

What an incredible day!! The shop is gorgeous, so many beautiful crystals, candles and jewelry. The staff are amazing! When we walked in we were immediately greeted with a smile and offered assistance. My daughter and I had massages with Elizabeth- she was great, very relaxing and worked on problem spots. My daughter had an intuitive reading. She said it was great- helped her gain insight and feel grounded. I can't recommend spending the day here enough!! If it's time to renew your spirit or you need a fun day out with your bestie- you owe it to yourself to try White Willow. As a bonus, you can go to Chocolate Hollow next door afterwards for a delicious treat!! read more

This place is AMAZING! From the time you walk in the energy is so warm, welcoming and positive. They have a wide variety of instruction classes available. The owner, I believe her name is April took her time to explain everything, offer guidance and most importantly created an amazing atmosphere. Her energy is calm, soothing when speaking with her, always willing to share her knowledge with those who are will to receive it. They offer a wide range to massage and services that cover a wild ranger of out comes for their clients. If you open to it, this place can be a wonderland of knowledge and relaxation. The best advice is don't go in which any exceptions and be open minded and you will defiantly come away a new person. I could not recommend White Willow or April more! read more

I've been going here for years, and have always been pleased Today, I had a wonderful massage and reiki from Alaina. Highly recommend. Her massages are strong and gentle at the same time, and she checks in to make sure the pressure is okay. The reiki really helped me, too! I'll be back! read more

I had one of the best massages (several over many years) with Elizabeth and would highly recommend her! Also loved the shop and overall ambiance read more

I've only been to their shop (they also offer massage and similar services), but it's an interesting place to explore and the staff tend to be friendly. There are a lot of crystals as well as various room sprays, candles, teas, etc. My favorite thing here is the DIY spell jars. For a very reasonable price, you get a small jar and can write an intention on a little piece of paper, put it in, then fill it with various herbs and tiny stones (each has an explanation of what it represents or contributes) before putting your cork on it and sealing it with wax from a chime candle in your choice of color. A friend and I came to do this for my birthday last year and really enjoyed it. The staff never rushed us as at all, so you can really do it at a leisurely pace. A few of the thing seem high priced and I came in one time when the staff member was cold and unwelcoming, but overall, it's definitely worth a stop. read more

I've had 2 massages by Mary now and she's been a godsend. The last time I went in with some severe jaw/mouth pain and after the massage, she gave me great tips for relaxation and recommended I see a dentist. I am so thankful I did because I went to the dentist and sure enough I have some issues going on and they had been going on for a while now without my knowledge. I am super thankful for her and hope to be on the mend soon! In the meantime, I'm going to self-prescribe some more massages from her! read more

A charming and intriguing mix of a massage therapist and a spirituality and metaphysics boutique. I went there several weeks ago because I desperately needed a good massage from an excellent therapist, I absolutely got it. And besides their massage therapy the rest of the store is full of crystals, herbs, and similar wares. It had a wonderful selection of those goods. Overall I can highly recommend this place. read more

Passing through Kentucky from our home state of Michigan and stumbled upon this gem (pun intended) of a rock store through a Google search. I was impressed and the young woman working was absolutely fantastic to talk to and in showing my friend and I incredibly beautiful stones. She didn't mind that we looked in the baskets underneath which meant a lot to us in picking out pieces to purchase. The shop felt comfortable and welcoming, was organized well, and well-priced with one of the largest selections of stones I've seen in quite some time. Also some stones I've never seen before which was great to see that were unique. I was happy being here and glad we stopped in. Super cute store and I highly recommend coming here. They didn't have only stones either, lots of cute jewelry and other metaphysical items as well. You can find anything here. I would love to come back here someday! Thank you again to the cool girl working! read more

The wife and I have been spending a lot of time travelling on vacation in the Kentucky area. The wife was experiencing a radial pain down her arm so why not try a massage to quell the pain. Our experience was wonderful and we left mission accomplished. The girls here are knowledgeable and are not new to the art of massage. Thank you from both of us. read more

I found White Willow through Yelp. The website had a great vibe to it and I decided to try out the facility. I booked online very easily and chose Breanna for a deep tissue massage. She was very thorough with great pressure and technique. With about 15 minutes left in our session, I asked if we could extend our time and she agreed. Her and her partner are both very friendly and inviting. I will be returning soon! read more

Oh my gosh this place is amazing. I searched and searched when moving to Lexington for the best massage therapist and was blown away after a massage from charley. She has this way about her of just knowing what your body needs. Give her and the other ladies at white willow a chance you won't be disappointed!!! read more

I was referred to Breanna by a friend about a year ago. Hands down (sure, why not a little pun), the best massage! In addition to having awesome technique ("good hands"), she's "technical" and knows how to work your problem causing areas - and will find them even if you're unsure of the actual source of your pain. I'm a "picky" client but I always leave relaxed, in less pain, and in a much better mood - I actually schedule sessions to work with my in-town meetings from where I live over 6 hours away. Fun personality in a quiet, personal, non-corporate atmosphere. If you are still overpaying for over-worked therapists at one of the big "rub boxes", you owe it to yourself to try a session with someone at White Willow Massage. When you do, I bet you end up back here to write your own 5-star review. read more

Wonderful therapist and the best massage I have ever had. Thanks so much Charlie for the great healing work you do!

What a great place! I highly recommend seeing Arielle. She was amazing. White Willow has a personalized feel that you don't find everywhere. Can't wait to go back! Definitely worth a visit! read more

I came to Arielle with awful shoulder pain, skeptical, but with desperation and a coupon. After one visit, the pain was greatly reduced. After a second, it was completely gone. That was two years ago, and I have seen her at least once a month ever since for tune-ups for running related stresses. It's humbling to be around someone who is so amazingly good at what she does. read more

Charley is an amazing therapist with a special gift for listening to the body and its needs. Her touch is both gentle and effective when locating the source of pain and connecting with the tissues. The holistic style of approach Charley takes to massage makes every session feel like a full body makeover, producing a restful sensation, like floating on a cloud. So if you want a phenomenal massage, be it for relaxation or therapeutic work, White Willow Massage is the place to go!!! read more

Found this gem when I was searching for a last minute massage. I booked my massage online (which was super easy) and was greeted at the door by Breanna, my massage therapist. She was very thorough when asking about my history and her technique during the massage was great. Her knowledge of the body and specific muscles was evident when working with my specific issue. I appreciated the fact that she gave the massage that I truly needed, rather than the typical "introductory massage". Often people go on Groupon, looking for $30 massages, and that's great if you're looking to relax, but if you need a longer (60 or 90 minutes), therapeutic massage that produces results, I can absolutely recommend Breanna. Also, on a side note, the space itself was clean , tranquil and inviting. Definitely worth a try! read more

The location is very nice and easy to find. There is plenty of parking in the back. The decor is bright and welcoming. Charley is very intuitive and good at what she does. She's understanding, and I always leave calmer and happier than when I walk in. read more

I am staying in Lexington for work and so this was my first time here. I booked a 2 hr massage with Breanna. I will definitely be coming back! She was so friendly and attentive. The experience was very personalized. The building was super cozy and relaxing. I love the small assortment of items they have for purchase and ended up buying an aromatherapy roller ball that Breanna helped me mix up! They have a really great and unique assortment of services to offer. I can't say enough good things about White Willow! I will visit as often as my stay allows :) read more
