This was a birthday gift for my daughter, and Emily was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the space felt inviting, calm, and instantly relaxing--the kind of ambiance that makes you exhale and forget the outside world. Not a bright, flashy spa ... The massage itself? Exceptional. Professional, intuitive, and unlike anything I've experienced before. Emily provides a subtle professional massage that reaches points never worked before. It was relaxing from the peaceful atmosphere to the expert technique. A perfect birthday gift and an experience we'll happily repeat. Highly recommend if you're looking for true relaxation and top-tier care.

When it was all done, they offered a piece of sweet plum candy (: very satisfied and happy

And then you have a massage from Lindsay, which happens to be one of the best things in life, and it's GREAT for you! I wish I could have them in the quantities I eat chocolate and fried food, but she wouldn't have time for anyone else at that point. Please note that if you're looking for a quick "whatever" massage, this isn't it. Go to Massage Envy for that nonsense. If you want someone with strength and power matched with an equally gentle touch where it's needed, she's the therapist for you. She's worked on when I was so sore from lifting that everything hurt, and she adapted immediately to what my body needed. Other times I've gone simply for the sake of something perfect and pleasant, and I left feeling light as a cloud. I don't know much about muscle connectivity, pressure points, joint issues or anything else. I have no idea how she works her magic. I just know that I've had massages from more people than I can count, and the only person I've gone back to is Lindsay. Book her today!

Lindsay is an incredible Massage Therapist. Right when you meet with her, she's very welcoming,…read morefriendly and comfortable to be around. She really knows her stuff, too! Very well versed in the mechanics of the body, especially when it comes to injuries, tension, and pain. I've gone to Lindsay quite a few times, almost always with some sort of injury I've caused (I work with livestock, so my body takes a toll), and she never fails to provide relief, and has actually resolved some really painful problems I've had in my back, neck, and left shoulder (tension? cramped muscle? spasm? I forget, but Lindsay certainly knew what the issue was...). I've never had two of the same exact sessions with Lindsay, because she doesn't follow a script or routine. Each time you come in, she asks you how you've been feeling and works on what's been bothering you specifically. Love that she is able to explain what she's doing so well, too. Very articulate. Also, she wont' talk your ear off if what you want is a quiet session. Sometimes I want to ask her questions about some pain I'm having, or problems I have when I move around at work, and other times I want to just relax and get fixed. She picks up on this and either lets you enjoy your silence, or talks with you about the questions you have. Awesome. (She also offers traditional fire cupping at no extra charge! So cool! Love getting cups at the end of a session.) Highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and adapts each session to YOUR needs that day. A++ P.S. Just a heads-up: she is by appointment only. The address listed here is indeed her office, but she does not do walk-ins, so make sure you call her in advance to set up a session... you'll be really glad you did!

Very happy to write an updated review for this place!…read more I've been a customer here for almost ten years now. I've tried at least a dozen other local massage places and I've found none better. That's because this place has Luna. Luna is an absolutely excellent masseuse. I always book my appointments with Luna. However, right now, Luna is on vacation. Won't be back until like May or something. That's why I tried a new masseuse here, Linda. So glad I did, because Linda is an absolutely excellent masseuse too! I recommend you book your next massage with her! Just to be clear, all the masseuses here are very, very good. Earlier in the month I booked a massage with Emma and I was 100% satisfied. Emma is very good. TBF, I wouldn't hesitate to book an appointment with any of the masseuses that work here at Orange Health Spa, but if Linda is available, I'm definitely booking with her. Until Luna comes back... Mikey C says: I'm on Team Linda .

I got nervous when I first met Julie because she didn't look like the stereotypical 'patchouli incense' Earthy massage lady. So I feared she was a poser instead of the real deal. Was I ever wrong about that. Wildly wrong. I had a list of pains too complicated to explain here. I thought I needed some deep tissue but she informed me we needed to start with lymph drainage. This was the first and last time I'll question her judgment, lol. Because I was a mess I scheduled a 2nd appointment for a week later. But during this week in between I've only gotten better and better. Conservatively speaking I've had over 60% pain relief. I kinda don't want to recommend Julie because then she'll become too busy to help me. But since she followed up on my cookie recommendation I made I'm left with little choice. FIVE STARS P.S. I've been trying to inspire Yelp to do something about 'gossipy' reviews. These are reviews that pick at a person or waitress or staff and report some horrible terrible story that... really... I think are all bunk. There's one of those here and I promise you should ignore every word of it.

She clearly knows how to listen and adjust to the needs of each client, and has the experience and skill to customize each massage around the style and pressure the client desires. As a distance runner, who needs more attention in several areas where tightness and/or soreness are frequent issues, she has always been outstanding at zeroing in on the areas and loosening up the tight muscles ... one reason she is a great therapist for runners and athletes is that she has run multiple marathons herself, so is very aware of the specific issues that come up for runners. I have been extremely impressed with Aimee's skills and professionalism, and recommend her highly.

I 120% recommend Coco for an amazing, high intensity, deep tissue massage and pain relief…read more Personally, I preferred Coco's massage for my needs, whereas a different massage therapist did not quite serve me (different for everyone). Hubby couldn't handle the intensity Coco offered. So again, it just depends on your condition or what you seek! I have chronic back pain and tension. Listen, the second Coco's blessed hands touched my back, I knew it was going to be a great massage and I knew I was in for a treat. From vast experience on a massage table, I know the first 30 seconds of any massage will give away the quality of your rest of the time there. Me being in Relax n Spa is hands-down the BEST experience that I need for immediate relief and self-care. I feel so fortunate to have found this place close to home. Coco's hands and talent is a blessing and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. She has a gift, and I genuinely believe people like Coco are here with a gift to serve others like myself. When I go to any other place, I may get some temporarily relief but with Coco, I get long-term relief. It makes me happy knowing that if I go, say, in January, I won't be needing to return until May for another relief massage...with other places, you'll find me aching again only 4 weeks after the massage. Relax n Spa is the place to go. You need to give it a try!! I've done massages all over--poolside in Hawaii, Las Vegas in luxury hotels, places with common names like Massage Envy-- nothing compares to Relax n Spa because this one is the best. It's holistic . It's talent that has been taught through generations. It's amazing. For those complaints about the privacy or lack of, including the receptionist or lack of, it seems to me they need to go to Massage Envy or some other corporate place. This is a small family owned business, not a franchise! I would much rather get an incredible massage in a room with humble, traditional curtains that only represents the culture of the family that owns the business versus inside a black and white modern room with cute furniture and a mediocre massage. I care more about the massage, not the pretty environment, because at the end of the day, the massage is what I'm there for. Again. If you're coming here, be prepared to come straight to a room for what you come for and that's it. If the masseuse needs to give a shout to another staff over her shoulder for whatever reason, but has the talent to continue her work on you regardless, so be it? If you're being mindful during your massage as you should be, you won't notice the wild things others are mentioning. If you have chronic pain and haven't found relief elsewhere, you need to try this place. You will not be disappointed. Also, hot coals massage and no extra charge? Sign me up! It's the best part!! THANK YOU RELAX N SPA!!!
