I was discovering my empathic and sensitive nature and was gravitating towards holistic healing methods. I felt like an outsider within traditional recovery and I was failing at sobriety. A healer I work with suggested I meet Rebecca.  I read Rebecca's bio and started crying. It was as if I was reading my own story and that I wasn't alone. With Rebecca I instantly felt the presence of compassion and healing. She's got a ton of street cred, life experience, and self-healing practices to share with others. I felt as if Rebecca was more than a healer, but a mentor. I've worked with Rebecca for over 6 months and continue to do so working with her on coaching, energy work, and most recently her Self-Healing Mentorship program. I find that Rebecca makes spiritual, energetic, and healing principles easy to understand and relatable. As my healing journey progresses and changes, Rebecca has helped me navigate, which is my favorite part of working with her. She knows healing is personal and intuitive and that needs for each client will be different. I've done Reiki a couple of times before but never felt a huge difference. With Deborah, it was different. During the session, Deborah asked questions to understand my needs and concerns. She was positive and warm, and made me feel very comfortable. She also introduced me to flower essences, which I hadn't heard of prior. During the healing session, I yawned a lot (like I was releasing a lot of repressed energy!). Afterwards, I felt relaxed - it was clear that the session truly worked although it wasn't done in person, which I was a little nervous about at first. Deborah also quickly followed up after our session with additional information and promptly responded to a follow up question I had about flower essences. It's been four days since our session, and my chronic neck pain that I've had for 10 weeks is significantly better - in a way my chiropractor couldn't help. I'm really glad I made the investment in my healing session with Deborah and now understand why she has so many positive, genuine reviews (she's not compensating us or giving us discounts to write these, like some businesses do!). The staff are personable, polite and ready to help you. The massages are just wonderful. I have gifted massages to friends and recommend this place anytime someone wants to treat themselves. It is a small local business with several therapists to make an appointment with and several types of therapies. You don't feel like you are on an assembly line here. Well, with the gentle warm breeze blowing over me I fell into a sleep that was otherworldly.
