Another thing that irritated was the fact that he charges a $50 fee upfront to see him. He doesn't run insurance unless labs and other things are needed which made me even more irritated. However once I actually went in and saw him, I was so pleased! Dr. Issa listened to everything that I had to say and was patient with me. I did not feel rushed or just a another to patient to him. His bed manner is exceptionally. I have raved about him to my mom and others. I love that certain things are readily accessible within his office and doesn't require prescriptions or orders to outside labs. I also love that apart of the yearly check ups with him includes things like EKGs and certain blood work. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! I can't say enough about Dr. Issa.

Dr. Suarez has been my pain management doctor for more than 15 years. He is not your typical pain…read moredoctor. Dr. Suarez finds the root of in my case both of my problems and starts off with the smallest degree of pain management. If my pain continues, he goes to a different course of action. He checks his patients urine to make sure, I suppose, that there are not any illegal narcotics in system as well as making sure the patient still has his prescribed medication in system as to make sure patient isn't using too much or not using at all and possibly doing something else with meds(like selling them). I have many friends that see pain management doctors and these doctors never check their urine, blood or anything of the sort. They basically hand them a prescription and say goodbye. I trust Dr. Suarez impicably. As for problems that I've read others have written of the staff not answering the phone, that was an issue a few years ago but they have hired numerous people and it is rare that the phone will ring more than three times and not be answered and when it is answered the staff treats the caller with the upmost respect and follows through with the request of the patient. I truly don't know what I would have done without Dr. Suarez all these years.

I'm 54 and in good shape, but a few years ago I had back pain due to stenosis that radiated into my legs (sciatica). I tried to ignore it, but it bothered me so much that I had to take sit breaks when walking (eagerly eyeing and fighting 75 year olds for a spot on a bench) and couldn't stand in one spot more than five minutes. The pain impacted my life to such a degree that I avoided activities and just wanted to sit or lie down. Dr. Chacin fixed my issue with injections and I not only avoided surgery but I was able to resume all activities I couldn't do previously and felt human again! The man who saw me barely spoke English. He was wearing a polo type shirt and regular pants. Definitely not there to treat patients, but to get money & put people of psychotic drugs. Extremely rude and no medical knowledge. He was literally searching in his phone as I described my medical issues and medical history. They had none of my old records. He then proceeded to suggest putting me on SSRI's. I was in complete shock, the incompetence was obvious. Not one medical doctor in the office. No spinal procedures available, no more physical therapy section, no PRP or stem cell treatments. There were no examination tables in the rooms only a desk. Please DO NOT GO to this place thinking doctor Alea and his wonderful staff are there. This is unfortunately a new problem, large wellness companies buying out private practices.
