The Claremedica referral coordinator named "Lety" processed the referrals, but didn't tell me that she picked two different doctors, one of which was 50 miles away, and the other had numerous bad reviews from patients. When I contacted Lety to address this situation, I was confronted with an extremely rude and indifferent attitude, and was basically told to work it out with TriCare. I don't appreciate this type of behavior from someone who is paid to help people receive medical care. This person needs to either change her attitude or find a new career.

I am not bringing my 98-year-old grandmother into a doctors office when she's perfectly fine right now and there is no reason for her to come into a doctors office she just needs her prescription filled and the woman was rude and obnoxious and nasty I was just shocked.
