They are not qualified to treat anyone who has serious medical issues. There was no doctor there. It was a PA. I was not weighed, they did not take my blood pressure or even my temperature. The man who saw me barely spoke English. He was wearing a polo type shirt and regular pants. Definitely not there to treat patients, but to get money & put people of psychotic drugs. Extremely rude and no medical knowledge. He was literally searching in his phone as I described my medical issues and medical history. They had none of my old records. He then proceeded to suggest putting me on SSRI's. I was in complete shock, the incompetence was obvious. Not one medical doctor in the office. No spinal procedures available, no more physical therapy section, no PRP or stem cell treatments. There were no examination tables in the rooms only a desk. Please DO NOT GO to this place thinking doctor Alea and his wonderful staff are there. This is unfortunately a new problem, large wellness companies buying out private practices. Do not go to this address thinking Dr Alea is still there. What a shame he had to retire. Any quality of care is non existent. Please find a medical doctor who is board certified, highly educated and knowledgeable of your specific medical needs.

I provided the names and contact info for the two doctors that I needed to see. The Claremedica referral coordinator named "Lety" processed the referrals, but didn't tell me that she picked two different doctors, one of which was 50 miles away, and the other had numerous bad reviews from patients. When I contacted Lety to address this situation, I was confronted with an extremely rude and indifferent attitude, and was basically told to work it out with TriCare. I don't appreciate this type of behavior from someone who is paid to help people receive medical care. This person needs to either change her attitude or find a new career.
