They were quick (almost immediate) to organize telemedicine and phone calls in order to keep Patients' health managed and medications up to date. The transition from in person to telemedicine was handled expertly. I was very impressed with the professionalism and promptness with which this was handled. From the office staff,doctors, therapists, to the people coordinating appointments via text, it has been one less stress during this challenging covid-19 time. They automatically schedule appointments and send reminders via text. You are contacted previous to your appointment to answer all your health assessment questions. This is done by Compass Health coordinators. All of the interactions have been top-notch. My appointments are on time and still the same high quality of care, albeit in a new format. Lastly, Dr. Nobile is simply amazing. She is attentive, efficient, professional, highly knowledgeable and makes me feel seen and heard. I was able to make an appointment to be seen as a new patient. I find Dr Horn to be very friendly and personable. I enjoyed our chat while he was treating my plantar fasciitis and the office staff is very pleasant. While he did provide relief from the pain in my heel and a comprehensive list of footwear to get to avoid future issues, I was not satisfied with the discussion around my toenails and whether they should be cut away or not.
