I scheduled my visit for a weekday afternoon and showed up 20 minutes early to complete my paperwork and was warmly greeted by the office staff and was brought back about 10-15 minutes after my appointment time. The office staff were so friendly from the Xray room to the nurses, they all made me feel at home and comfortable. Dr. Ialenti was very nice, warm and genuine and really was helpful and knowledgeable in his field and quickly honed in on the issue and answered any questions and concerns I had. The office experience was truly amazing and I highly recommend the office for anyone needing an orthopedic doctor!

When it comes to research, I don't cut corners. Luckily, my research led me to Dr Steinlauf…read more I was in a bad auto accident and smashed my ankle to bits. I saw a total of four foot and ankle surgeons and Dr Steinlauf was by far the best. He spent over an hour with me, during my visit, and showed great patience, compassion and empathy with me. He answered all my questions and was straight up with me regarding my diagnosis and prognosis. Afterwards, I reached out to my network and I got in touch with the NY Jets team orthopedist. He told me that Dr Steinlauf is the best surgeon he has ever worked with and if he was going under the knife, it would be Steinlauf who would perform his surgery. My surgery was over 4 hours and I will be in recovery for awhile, but I know I am in the best hands. If you're looking for a foot and ankle doctor, Steinlauf is your guy. He specializes in trauma and he welcomes difficult procedures. I am sure there are other good foot and ankle surgeons in south Florida, but why waste your time if Steinlauf is an option? Set a consult with him and you will realize why I say he is

I've been here for two separate issues, once for my knee and the latest for my back. To begin with,…read moreDr Gonzalez is the best. He's patient, he listens to you and he thoroughly explains things to you, He's definitely not one of those Drs who just prescribes you medication and tells you to come back in a couple of weeks. Keep in mind that this is a walk in clinic so they can be a wait but if you have an appt the wait really isn't too bad. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is from a couple of issues relating to the staff (not calling in meds, kind of a big deal). I recently started physical therapy here and can honestly say the physical therapists really have getting you feeling better as their top priority.

What a joke. My…read morehusband in a sling was given documents to fill out from to hostile admin assistants. Off to a terrible start. The admin assistants were then dealing with a heavier set lady (who worked there) with short curly hair who spoke to them like them were dirt on her shoe. All loud and aggressive for the entire waiting room to watch and feel uncomfortable. So no wonder the front of house staff treats people coming in the door terribly when that's how they are treated internally. We wasted time filling out all documents and sitting for an hour before being told being seen here would be a liability because he had already had a surgery on his clavicle. All we wanted was to review his pain management and wound care. Not to mention the place is FILTHY from the outside. You are a dollar sign to these people. And I'm not even sure they have qualified enough staff. Overall nightmare.

Before I get a chance to finish asking my 1st question, he was already on his way out of the room. The answers he gave made me feel as if I was inconveniencing him. They were more concerned with talk among themselves and chatting instead of listening. I would not recommend this location.

I told him I have continued in pain and swelling and stiffness after walking , bent sitting and standing only 10-15 minutes 4- 5 months ago and now after 9 and 1/2 months of surgery it still doesn't improve. I continue my PT exercises every day. He said it was just scar tissue. Other knee doctors suspected about the implant misalignment . I decided to get CT Scan as the other knee doctors suggested. I will not go to the knee revision surgery again until we know for sure what is going on from CT Scan. I was told that the specialist knee revision surgeons can see if the implant is misalignment or twisted or not. I hope it will be only scar tissue issue as Doctor Chan believe. I will update my finding later .
