Blyss is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable about the human body, and what muscles need worked depending on what types of physical activity you are doing. As for me I am a runner, and she worked my hips and lower back really well. She did a hot and cold contrast, where she iced my lower back and put hot stones on my calves and up by neck- it was amazing! I came out feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated.
