After 20 years of asana yoga practice, and taking classes around the country, Jade's yoga teaching stands out. Besides being very knowledgeable, thorough, and caring in her teaching, she also has a distinct genius for offering keys to unlock the body through different postures and movements. The deep tissue massage I received from her was of equal caliber. The is extremely thorough and precise in her work, and it was deeply soothing and relaxing, as well.
