I feel like I won the lottery to have found Massage Artists. I've been to them several times and have seen Kimberly and Shana. Both of them have been extremely professional, attentive, and pleasant to talk with when I felt like talking. I work at a desk all day and have terrible posture. Earlier this week, I had terrible tension in my middle back, so I figured I would see if Shana was available. I was able to get in with her that afternoon. She spent extra time working out the tightness in my back and ended up going a little long, because she "could tell I needed it." Don't be fooled by their incredibly reasonable pricing. Their services are top notch compared to places I've spent way more money at. I believe them when they say they set their prices reasonably to enable more people to experience the benefits of massage. Im happy to have found massage artists. I love the convenience of this place. Not only do they have online booking they have appointments at all times of the day. I love not being limited to the weekend because I can get an appointment after work if need be. The place is clean and nice. It's quiet. I had Rebecca and she was lovely. I felt comfortable and she was attentive to what areas to focus on. She worked out a lot of knots for me and truthfully this was the only massage I've ever gotten that I didn't get a headache or feels exhausted after! I'd say that's a win. You can't get over the price as well, $45 for an hour! That's a fantastic deal for the massage I received. The only negative is that if you try to book online via your phone it doesn't let you but I'm not sure if thats just my phone. I'll be back for sure. read more

Pros: Good availability, friendly staff, extremely affordable. Scheduler was accommodating. Cons: though scheduling is very easy, I found the online booking did not reflect what I was offered via text/phone call. When encouraged to book via text, I feel effort should be made to inquire what type of massage is desired to pair individuals needs with an appropriate masseuse. I feel this lacked in my experience, I have quite a bit of tension and was looking forward to a deep tissue massage. When I stated this at the beginning of my session I was disappointed to hear my masseuse doesn't perform deep pressure. I instead paid money for a good slathering of cream over my back leaving with the tension I came with and never fully relaxing because I kept anticipating the massage to improve. I accept responsibility that I should have vocalized my needs upfront before scheduling but a 2 way communication between consumer and business with initial inquiry would be appreciated. For the price, I'd come again if I could be paired with a masseuse who could perform what I'm looking for. read more

I recently had a massage here and it will definitely not be my last! The atmosphere is wonderful and Luis works wonders!! My muscles were so tense when I went in and by the time my massage was done I felt completely relaxed! I loved the hot towels Luis used when he finished massaging an area. The music is soft and relaxing. I sometimes felt sore after massages at other salons, but felt so relaxed by the time he had completed the massage! I highly recommend Massage Artists. My chiropractor office lost their "artist", Doris Pugh, to Massage Artists. Massage Artists has gained a true TRUE artists. Lucky them. Doris listens to your concerns and to how your body is reacting to her therapy. If it's not working, she will adjust her treatment.
