In addition, they sell tree stands and lights. We walked into the tree lot and gladly helped ourselves. The tree prices are both online and on a chalkboard up front. Before you pick out your tree, I recommend you look at the prices so you're not sticker shocked like me when you go to pay. I get that things are more expensive these days but I was not expecting to pay $230 bucks for a tree that measures at 7 feet tall because they're counting the trunk of the tree (1 foot). Maybe this is common? I don't know - enlighten me! Anyways, I am happy we got our tree and I know I will love to have it in our space. But if you're not looking to lay down a a decent amount, you might want to explore your options. If you're looking for convenience and you're ok with the prices, this place is for you. Happy tree hunting!

Overall it was so easy, and the tree is just perfect. The nicest tree I have had since I cannot remember when. Highly recommend!!

No trees really, very dissapointing…read more We came mid day over 2 weeks prior to Christmas where there should be plenty of trees present. All we found was a depressing lot with smallest of trees that looked sparse. No greetings from staff, instead they were gathered in the sales structure drinking and talking. We promptly left.

Definitely would come back here for a Christmas tree! We're in and out of town throughout December,…read moreand so went the weekend before thanksgiving to pick up a tree (early, I know!). We were able to drive right up to the lot and look at all the trees that were out. It's our first time buying a tree and we had no idea what to look for, and the team here was helpful in explaining the differences in types of tree, the sizes, and upkeep. We were able to buy the tree and get the stand set up, and they wrapped it and helped us take it to our car. So far, it seems to be doing okay. There's some needle loss but I can mostly tell only by looking at our floor and the needle collection - the tree still looks healthy and robust. Good first time experience!

I just had my wreath and tree delivered…read more First: the wreath was better than I hoped. And he brought a hanger! Second: the tree is spectacular! Really full, and Andy and his Jimmy Christmas crew deliver above and beyond every year. But this tree is stunning! Even he was proud! I bought a $300 Puffco Proxy here (vape device) and when I got it home it would not take a charge…read moreand was clearly defective. I brought it back to the store 4 days later with my receipt looking for an exchange (not a refund) and despite a clearly stated return policy printed on their receipt, they guy behind the counter (who was rolling a joint when I walked in and seemed put out by the fact that there was a customer he had to interact with) pointed to a small, hand-written sign that says "all sales final" that was taped to the end of a counter knee-high where yo cant see it if youre standing at the register and refused to do anything more. So basically I spent $300 on a device that didn't work, and when I asked if I could exchange it for another one they told me I was shit out of luck, to go piss up a rope, or whatever other euphemism you can think of that essentially means "we got your money sucker and we don't care that we sold you a defective product". I've never been treated so dismissively, and I've also never written a yelp review, but this was so egregious that I want to make sure people are aware of their customer service policy (basically that it's nonexistent) and take their business elsewhere to a place that appreciates their customers.

I don't know what changed in the last year but they have zero selection with vape products. The value of customer service and the store as a whole is would give a negative review. I live five minutes from this store. I saw my friends starting to struggle to get a hold of certain products that they are told repeatedly that are coming in next shipment. The time comes and then are told yet again next shipment. Customer gets upset so the gentleman at the front desk with take down your information and say he'll be so kind to reach out when the product comes and he'll hold it just for you because that's how much he cares..... to then not do any of that. When people told me it was happening to them I didn't really believe it because I always got the products needed, that was until the beginning of 2024. Since this year something has changed so drastically with this store and the fact they don't value their customers anymore. It's sad because price wise is not bad compared to other stores. I called in today and said "hey this is my monthly/bi monthly check in. I haven't gotten a call again. Did you hold a pack of coils/tanks for me?" To be told that he reached out to me. I said I was never contacted by the shop. The number is saved in my phone, never have gotten a VM. I said please check what date you contacted me so I can look up on my end any incoming calls on that day. Time goes by with out saying anything and I am told that the computer wiped that day clean so he can't tell me because it's been "erased" . Really?! Save your time, save your sanity. This store will gaslight you and make you feel like they're wanting to service you when they could really care less. If anyone would like to know it's been almost 7 months since I bought anything from this store. No fault of my own, I would be happy to buy things needed from this store while waiting for my packages to arrive. Sometimes things happen & it would be great to be able to have a store that had what was need and great service. I ask for the owners name and contact information. My friend in the past (about 2023, end of the year) talked to him and told the owner exactly what I'm saying now. My friend eventually got her vape stuff but the cycle still repeats. I was given the Webster locations phone number to contact Matt. I would give that experience a negative review as well due to the fact online it says the stores open. However, you call and the phone just rings, no voicemail.... Rang for 2-3 min straight. So can't even get ahold of the owner either. Do better, this is the reason small businesses fail.
